Man, wish I saw that hole saw trick a month ago when I had to fit a bunch of brass bushings in some tubing with an internal seam; took forever with a dremel.
hi bleeping jeep, i liked your video. i got a 1990 jeep cherokee limeted auto. and it came with no tcase. was told it needs a 242j tcase but cant find one. what other tcases can i use?
Hey Matt. Great video. Those clamps are a great idea from TMR customs. Matt. Could you please tell me the brand of black paint you are using. Is it tractor paint? And do you have to prep the metal first in any special way other than clean and grease free. Thanks.
hey Matt I really need your help my 98 Jeep Cherokee xj has a problem when I drive it it revs up and down I already changed my throttle position sensor and idle air control I clean the valves and same thing I checked my transmission oil but everything has failed any suggestions?
Kevin, my 97 does the same thing between 32-35 mph. I was told it was simply the torque converter. I've learned to ignore it by changing speed out of that range.
Simple, to the point, funny, and inginuitive. Matt, you really do make the best how-to videos on RUclips!
Sam

Bolts need to be longer to fully engage with the nylon nuts. Nice looking piece though.
What kind of mig welder do you use?
Is there any reason that you did not tack the bar together while you had it temporarily installed on the Jeep?
It wasnt straight. I rolled it on the table to make sure it was straight.
+BleepinJeep Fair enough!
i just wanna see it drive
What are they called again? Tube clamps?

Rev up how high? My 98 idles like that and its a few things in my case.
+Jeffery Mouse it doesn't matter matter what speed I go it still does it it will go away then come back later
+Mountain Noobs it revs up to like 3 and go back down and does it again and it stops for awhile and it will do it again
+Kevin Herrera Oh... cant help. Mine is more of a rough idle from bad gas and a clogged cat
Why would you not finish it.,or at least show it coming apart?
