I nearly nearly can't believe my eyes. This simple reservoir is just to hold water + detergent to squirt on the windscreen. Why Mazda designers make this so weirdly complicated? I mean it has a pump and hoses and plastic reservoir so it may get a leak. This should just pop up and out. It doesn't need huge support or fastening. I may get it out but hey for sure will have to watch vid closely to reattach a new one. It was a great vid but I would have tested it before reattaching all the plastic underneath. How does one go about testing the problem if water does not come out but the pump is whirring? Thanks for making but it shows that engineers & car designers are sort of nuts. Mazda ones anyway.

How does the rear hose connect?

Can you replace the alternator through this empty space with the reservoir out?

Do you car have a back windshield? If so, this tank has two or only one hose connection?
My 2008 mazda has no tank and idk where is the hose that goes to the back of the car 😢

Great video. Question my cx9 2012 front washer fluid is not coming out? The 30amp fuse is fine the pump seems to be fine the back washer is fine. Could it actually be the hoses? I find it hard to believe but maybe you can give an idea what to do next before going to the dealership. Thanks in advance

Is it really necessary to jack it up? Could you just get to it by taking the front number off?
