I own a 99 V70 T5. I really want you to succeed! I won't be converting mine, but I'm living vicariously through you doing yours. All strength and luck to you man.
6:45 The hose from the reservoir to the clutch master cylinder should be available at your local auto parts stores, it has an inner diameter of 8mm. However it must be a hose specifically meant for brake fluid of course. Possibly 5/16" works too if that has better availabilty?
2:10 The driveshaft is (was) not necessarily bad, the inner joint can just be pulled out (which you shouldn't do because it's a real PITA to get back together. Ask me how I know...). But it's good that you got new drive shafts anyway. You'll have to do some engineering to create the CV axle bearing mount for the passenger side, but I have precise measurements on where the mounting holes on the engine block are relative to the gearbox and engine mounts.
Amazing job and fascinating video, nicely produced! So cool.
