I got this "Tax Paying Scene" on the PS4, because I was a mad money hoarder, would collect all loot and sell most of it, plus selling valuable crafting materials like jewels... By the time I got to Novigrad I had like 15.000 coins and when this happened over 26.000. I laughed my effing ass off.
I was playing blood and wine, spent thousands on the rune crafter guy, fully furbished the house then proceeded to go on a bandit murder spree across toussant,3 killed 3 hansa and was encumbered a portion of it, looted every damn container and milked about 30k
