सभी Real Estate Agents और Brokers के लिए यहाँ RERA की व्याख्या हिंदी में की गयी है। Real Estate Regulation and Development Act (RERA) के 52 sections 2016 में ही अधिसूचित कर दिए गए थे, लेकिन RERA 1 मई 2017 को पुरे भारत में लागु हुआ। इस वीडियो में मैंने एक्सप्लेन किया है की कैसे RERA Real Estate Agents और Brokers के लिए फ़ायदेमंय होगा और RERA Act के अनुसार Real Estate Agents और Brokers की क्या-क्या ज़िम्मेदारियाँ हैं।

How much time normally in ReRa for grievance redressal as a flat buyer in u.p. when builder is not delivering.
Rera says 60 days but practically No time limit. Even if u get order in ur favour u will have to run to get it executed. But u have no option other than filing case in RERA.
When can the promoter withdraw the buyer’s money deposited in a Scheduled Bank account?
After he obtains the following 3 Certificates from the Architect in Form 1 certifying the percentage of completion of construction work of each of the tasks/activity of the building wing of the project
Certificate from the Engineer in Form 2 for the actual cost incurred on the construction work of each of the building/wing of the project and lastly certificate from a practicing Chartered Accountant in practice other than the statutory auditor of the Promoter in Form 3, for the cost incurred and paid on construction cost and the land cost.

Good Evening Sir. Please let me know that if a broker is only dealing with resale properties and not under completion projects than do he have to register for RERA?
For resale properties, you don't need to register with RERA.

Hii sir maine ek flat book kiya tha 2013 me(flat under construction tha) aur uska registration feb 2018 me kiya. Aur mera emi bhi chalu hai march se lekin builder ne abhi tak possession letter nahi diya aur flat ki chabhi bhi nahi diya ab mujhase extra paisa maang raha hai bol raha hai infrastructure charges bad gaya hai aur gst bhi 12% maang raha hai lekin abhi tak OC nahi mila hai to sir aap bataye mai kya karu bada hua charge mujhe dena chahiye please sir rply
Aap apne agreement ko check kijiye. Agar oc nahi aaya hai aur builder rera registered hai to rera mei case file karein. Agar charges genuine nahi hai to mat pay karein.

Bro, I am from J&K . I have an opc company based in Kashmir. If i sell off plan properties in Delhi/NCR do I need to register with RERA as agent for that state or union territory. I cannot afford registration as company can I register as individual agent not register my real estate company. thank you.
