- A year and some ago, Demi called me on the phone and said that she was building a block of 12 flats somewhere in Lagos and asked if I’d be willing to tell the story of her journey as a 25-year old, female, real estate property developer. I said yes, and so our journey began. I don’t think either of us knew it would take this long to be completed but here, now, in 2024, we see that the timing is just perfect. I’m glad that I can finally share Demi’s story and hardwork with you 🫶🏽

This has inspired to continue to build on what God has called me to. God is calling me to build entrepreneurial schools for children all over Africa. Right now I have a tutoring company called Kutangatutoring and I’m trying to learn all about finance so that I am able to create what God is calling me to do. Africa can be great again but we as Africans need to invest in it. We need to love Africa, want to see it thrive because Africa will thrive. Thank you for this. Nothing is impossible with God.

This is the confirmation I needed. As a young girl, I’ve always seen myself venturing into real estate, even though I’m majoring in the medical field and I honestly am clueless on how to go about it.
I love that there’s a wheelchair ramp at 14:21, I love the inclusivity of it, it goes to show how well thought out this project was, individuals with mobility impairments can have access to the space. It’s exceptional.
