    Bless you for not knitting something circular in the round. Other people make it seem like it's impossible to make round things with straight needles. These are so cool. I'm a relatively new knitter.

    thanks for this :)) i started in knitting 2 years ago but didn’t do it for very long. i’ve been wanting fingerless mittens and then i remembered i had my knitting stuff somewhere hidden in my closet!
    anyways, this is actually a really great tutorial for someone like me, who’s a little rusty with their knitting skills, but only needs a slight refresher

    I’m glad I found your channel because I’m a crocheter too and I’ve always loved the look of knitted things and have tried a few times but I’m so slow at it because it’s definitely different hand motions... thank you for these, they are super cute!!!! I love the different stitches you do for these!!!! What else to do on lockdown, learn to knit!!!! And I love how you explain each stitch and the mistakes too!!! This makes so much sense to me and I’ve watched lots of knitting channels; you explain it perfectly and it’s so easy to understand. Thanks again for sharing this!!!

    Long tail cast on ❤️❤️ I use that as well 👍🏾.. also,the crocheted edge onto the needle 🤗 blessings I'm doing gloves with the fingers and fingerless ❤️😀 knitted and crochet 🧶✌🏽☕ I love it,too.especially,doing it on chat and knit or crochet 🧶 chats live streams ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.so many on RUclips ❤️ whooo hooo 🤗

    Like your design good instructions only thing I need to know is when you do rib stitch do you always start each row with knit 2purl 2 then when you turn to go to next row do ya start with knit 2purl2or do you start with purl 2knit 2 thanks

    Thank you for this video, so easy to follow! I was just wondering - what type of yarn did you use for the blue gloves that you show? It looks like thinner yarn compared to the pink yarn you use and I was wanting to knit some gloves that are quite thin. Thank you!

      Hi Jade! Yes, the blue yarn is a worsted weight size 4 yarn, but it was given to me and it didn’t have a label. So sorry about that. Any size 4 would be lovely 🥰

      Hi Jade, I used size 6 US needles, which is a 4.00 mm needle. I think your 8.00 mm would be too big. I do recommend buying a smaller needle. You can buy them for a few dollars. Happy knitting!

    Do you know what yarn the blue colored ones are? I love that turquoise/aqua color. That is not a chunky yarn is it? What size needles do you use for that yarn? Is the number if stitches the same?? Thank you!!

      Yes, they are a 4 mm needle (size 6 US) and I used 1 skein. I didn't use the whole skein and had enough leftover to make another pair. Sorry for the late response. Hopefully you already made a few! Happy knitting!

    I'm assuming the needle size listed in the video is US size ? Which would mean 8 UK / 4.0mm ? It also doesn't list the 'gauge size' of the yarn and needles which would be handy to have to know how to adjust the the needle size and yarn type.

    Hi there. When you say that you are using size 6 DPN’s are you referring to them being a size 6 / 4.00mm or do you mean 6.00 mm. Thanks.

      Oh, I know it's a little difficult to see, I don't know why RUclips doesn't make it easier to find.
