I adore his scar! It's so unique and personal. And his brow looks gorgeous with it.

It also helps me immediately tell him from James! Then I home in on all the other differences.
@@maryeckel9682 At the beginning I thought they were so much alike. I was one of those people who actually believed they were the same person for the first few days. Now I am able to see so many differences between them, but yes, I'd be lying if I didn't admit to the fact that Robert's perfectly placed scar was my starting point.
I have a scar in my eyebrow from an infected insect bite during lockdown and thanks to Robert I’ve stopped filling it in 🥰

I agree, despite being a huge Gaga fan I wasn't interested in the first launch of the brand but am more interested now. I love how honest and fair you are with brands 💜 hope you're well

As someone who was a fan of haus labs from the initial launch, I can say I’m BLOWN AWAY! They kept their classics such as the lip crayon, brow pencil, and lip oil. All the new formulas are 10x better on top of an already good formula. I love that Gaga is completely behind this brand. Long wear performance proof makeup is exactly what I need!
Thank you for speaking up on "Clean Beauty". I also find too many products don't have staying power, and many don't have preservatives so they spoil much too soon.
But as always, LOVE the way you wear your eyeshadows and the colors you use. Great review and thanks as always. 🥰 ❤️

This honestly has to be the best rebrand I've ever seen, I wasn't ever really too interested in the old one. But the packaging and everything about the new products just look so good
It’s odd for a brand to have to rebrand so soon after their launch. Haus never really did it for me, but I’ve been into her glosses lately.
They did launch almost 4 years ago right? So that’s a good amount of time I think!

One could go the all-natural route and have a lot of fun with muds and clays, but I doubt the formulas would be great - I would totally wear neutrals with famous dirts integrated, tho. But I have childhood memories of digging red clay for pottery, so I was obviously raised weird lol

Thank you so much for talking about the term “clean beauty” - I have the same feelings as you about how companies take advantage of an unregulated term to try to fear monger consumers and it’s messed up. The more influencers talk about that, the better
As an older woman, some brands of lip oils have been heaven sent for my dry lips. Some others are just crap though.
That red lip color is soooo pretty. Added to my Xmas wish list. 🙂
What I love about their lip oils is the fact that it is a stain as well. You can leave it glossy or just wipe it away for a healthy color

The chartreuse with that rose gold= stunning! I have a green liner from when it first came out that I love, though it’s not very glidey. I feel as though she created a makeup line with the vision of “what would I want to wear at a show that will last all night and be comfortable.”
The concept of “clean” makeup first started with Covergirl makeup many decades ago. Hence the saying, “Covergirl clean”.
We don’t have cover girl in the UK so I have never heard that term!

I really enjoyed this video and review of Haus Labs😊 I love how you explain everything and showcase the products. I trust your opinions and am glad you are honest in your reviews. It really helps when deciding where to spend my $ or which brands I might want to try. I do have one haus labs lip product and I really like it. He has the most infectious genuine laugh I have ever heard of,,,I can see myself being friends with him, because he isn’t fake, he isn’t full of “S”, he doesn’t like or participate in drama or slamming others, and when he gets together with his brother, they are comical delight!!!
I have the Atomic Lip Laquer and I am obsessed. I thought the same thing you did and and sent videos to my mother in law. I wore it for about 9 hours and it didn't break down. All day at work. I was actually done with it and it took a bit of effort to get off 😅 It's honestly insane. Their lip crayons are also amazing.
The faceted highlighters hitting the light as you moved them was super pretty! Loved your color choices for your eyes. 🤩

I'm particularly interested in the lip products. The pencil was a really nice shade. Would definitely like to see a wear test on the lip lacquer, too.

I have a good amount of the first release. It’s never very exciting to go on Amazon to buy makeup, but the products were very good. I’m not surprised to see the relaunch being well received. That chartreuse liner is so good. I may need to grab that. I have a couple shadow paints and like them very much. They really stay on and don’t budge. Great review!

I completely agree with you regarding The “clean” concept. I think, that if brands want to “be” something “green” is the thing to be.
So minimal packaging, recycled components, refillable and environmentally conscious, co2 neutral or negative, aware of Ocean waste ect. That would be much more appealing that “clean” makeup!
Everything is chemistry after all!
The term “green” is even more insidious than “clean” beauty though in regards to the industry.. it’s far more ill-used and used out of context on things that it doesn’t actually apply far more than “clean”. But they’re both unregulated, over- hyped and misused terms.
I think the rebranding of Haus labs has be much needed and wonderful. I actually love it now when I wasn’t interested before and I love that new lipstick!

I have to say I'm very surprised there were no lashes in the launch! I know you said it took awhile to blend in the Matte black, but it looks amazing! Love the rose gold as well... simple but beautiful! 😍

I'm the hugest gaga fan, and old haus labs had some decent products but overall wasn't amazed. This relaunch however, absolute win.
I also don't care for the whole clean artistry thing. Just make makeup with nice ingredients. It gives off this holier than thou attitude which I don't love. Can't wait to see you try the complexion products! Much love xx

I've always wanted to ask you: what would a good product for contouring be for a light/cool-neutral undertone? You know... with that "grey" shade that creates the illusion of sculpted cheeks. Thanks 🖤
Hi! I have fair skin with a cool undertone and I've been liking the Fenty Cream Bronzer in the shade Amber as a contour. It's called a bronzer but that shade in particular is a good grey contour shade, in my opinion . Hope that helps 😊

I will say her bronzers are soooo creamy/smooth feeling, as well as her blushes and highlighters. Tried her foundation in store and it seemed really nice..borderline glowy but leaning more natural

Hi!!! I’m so glad you reviewed the revamped version of the brand. Have you considered reviewing Araceli Beauty? It’s Latina owned and is inspired by Mexican design and ingredients. Love your channel and have been a fan for years :)
They could have called it "The future of INCLUSIVE Makeup" since it's makeup meant to be usable for people with different levels of sensitivity... I also personally hate the "Clean" term.
The highlighter is gorgeous. Otherwise, I think I prefer the Lisa Eldridge Liquid Lurex eyeshadow. That rose gold color you tried is beautiful, though. Thank u Robert!
