In this video, I am testing out the brand new Beauty Bay smoky eyeshadow palette! This is a beautiful cool toned eyeshadow palette which contains 42 shades! Along with this, I also bought the mini smoky palette which contains 16 shades and is great for travel. I do a full test and review of the shimmer and matte shades in this palette, testing their application, blending, and pigment!
