In Over My Head At The Epic Gran Canaria Stage 1

Hi everybody,
A few weeks ago I participated in my first gran fondo race of the season on the island of Gran Canaria, the Epic Gran Canaria.
I created a video to try and give you a breakdown of how I got on during the first stage. Safe to say it was a spicy one but so much fun!
This race is part of a massive preparation for my 2024 gran fondo season goal, the RBC Gran Fondo Whistler - Forte in September.

Thanks for the video, very interesting. One question, do you use Canyon Ultimate? How's the performance of your bike? are you happy with her? I'm thinking about buying it but I read all kinds of different opinions online and I'm in doubt! Sorry for my English. Thanks!!

I’m very happy with it but far from an expert though and haven’t ridden that many racebikes. It’s the entry level model with an upgraded dt swiss wheelset and it does what it’s supposed to do :)
