  • This video discusses the Porsche 911 GT3 Touring "Australia Edition". Reportedly, they will make 25-50 units available. It is a special version of the 992 GT3 Touring.
It is available in either PDK or 6 Speed Manual. I discuss what one gets with the special edition and whether it is worth it. I highlight that one could obtain most everything in the Australia Edition by optioning a regular 911 GT3 Touring and still have plenty of money left over, even when applying the most generous possible options. Thus, I argue that it likely is not worth the money. And, in any case, I would by the regular 911 GT3 over the touring anyway.

The special edition you buy because the price won’t devaluate. The resell value, in fact, will increase. It well worth it

Awesome! If you get one, would be interested to hear how you find it.
I'm currently driving a Gallardo. It somehow feels a bit sluggish. The transmission really let's it down. GT3 seems like a pretty good alternative to (say) the Huracan or any of the Ferraris.
