Ben is a good dude. Even if we could test everything, our kill levels probably aren't there to really understand the differences in the same details. Rad that you found a setup you like. It took me 5 years to find my board. I mostly skate the All I Need 8.75 flat nose. However, I like setting up old G&S and other strange boards like the Lake Nightmare or cool bowl boards. It is an addiction. That is a great looking ledge you are skating. I just learned to Shuv out of my nose slides. Nice work on the shuvit and out of the 50/50. I have been trying that for years with no success 😂. Solid video thanks for sharing, stay Rad. (The Bones 97 or 99x are great wheels, harder versions of the Dragons)
Hey Dan, great to see you back on RUclips. One of my favorite channels. You mentioned the Dragons as "sticky". Ben said they grabbed too much on krooks and smiths. Did you find that with 50-50's as well? I have both Dragons and Spitfires. I like both for different terrain. Is the Canadian Skate Shop board comparable to anything? Baker, Real? I find Mini Logo have a nice shape, but are way to light. Looking for a nice shop deck or blank. I am a big dude. 6'2", 245lbs. Powell Flight Decks are great. But big $.
The dragons didn't bother me on 50-50's, my main problem was sliding out backside 180's. I just got stuck and one time went down super hard. Life it too short for that! The Canada blunt board is probably similar to a Real Full SE (short edition), which I still love but it is rather small.
@@SkateAgain Hey Dan, thanks for sharing your thoughts. I skate a lot of the same parks as Dan, as we hail from the same city. I recently switched to F4 Spitfire classics. They are the goldie locks wheels. Dragons are great on crusty ground. But I grew up skating hard wheels on rough ground. Feels like home again. Looking forward to your next video.
Dude, awesome…. I’ve been wanting to get back into it now at 38 years old. Can’t get my 3 boys to pick it up like I did at their age. Honestly, my concern is getting hurt and have medical bills $$$$. Im more inclined to do something fun that is more likely to kill me rather than hurt me. Lol
Same boat , I tried to go back to it at 30 with no kids. I ruptured my Achilles first day, I went to hard and my board was too loose. Now I am 35, 2 kids and I am about to buy a board next week. Just want to skate while they ride their scooter and maybe they will like it

Awesome tribute and I hope you saw Ben on the nine club. Do you think you’ll be getting Ben’s new deck from antihero? I think I might.
