If you are a creator, then the screen experience on the ProArt should be the key factor for your purchase than any small differences in Benchmarks. That screen is gorgeous, colour accurate and 4K. For professional photo and video editing and video playback, it''s brilliant and is the biggest wow factor.
I was looking for a laptop to do light editing for video and photos and your video helped a ton! I ended up with the legion 5i and I'm loving it so far. Thank you for the great content!
Thank you this was a great comparison. As an current 2D/3D art student who uses many different PS and 3D programs like Blender. The Pro Art seems like the overall best option, it fits all of my needed requirements for a laptop except having a touchscreen or being 2-1. Would you say their in any laptop that has similar specs to the Pro Art while being a 2-1 touchscreen laptop? The accessibility of the touchscreen would be very important to me, esp since for example even though the dial is great on the Pro Art, there is mouses/touchpads with similar features.
go for the Legion 5i Pro if you just want a laptop with high specs at a low price, but you can still buy the ProArt if you are a creator, artist, or editor. You can edit work on the spot on that 3840 x 2400 screen.
If I go with legion7i - i7 12800HX 16C 24T RTX 3070ti 8GB GDDR6 TGP 150W, would it be a powerful workstation laptop that can handle demanding motion graphics, 3D works and 4K video editing?
Excellent video as well. The review was great! Looking at these computers... the Proart dial really makes it attractive! How does this compare to the MacBook 14 M1 max, MB 16 M1 Max, and the new macbooks? That would be a nice video! 🙂
@@BenGKaiser You mentioned in title and thumbnail that this video is about comparison between Lenovo thinkpad X1 Extreme and Proart studiobook, but actually you have given Lenovo legion 5i pro vs proArt studiobook.
Am an artist so i need a laptop for video editing.. I don't understand the whole thing u talk about laptops. So plz make it simple for me. Which laptop would help me with 4k video editing

Hit 100k already 😭
Wouldn't it be cool, if more Laptops started sporting programmable control dials. Almost makes me want an ASUS over a Lenovo.
