You're so creative with your food, Flora. There's a recipe I saw on someone's video but unfortunately I didn't save it. I don't know if it was your channel or not. It was for a creamy tomato sauce that started with sautéing cherry tomatoes. I think it was then blended with either cashews or silken tofu. Does that sound familiar? I could probably figure it out if it wasn't yours. I hope you're enjoying your time in Greece.

Hi! Thank you so much for your kindness. That recipe does sound like mine, do you want me to write it down for you? ❤️❤️

I found your recipe for the creamy tomato bean bowl a couple of videos ago. That might be the recipe I was thinking of. But I like what you did for the sauce for the green pea pasta by blending cashews and silken tofu so I might try that. So I think I don't need you to write it down. But thank you for offering to do that. I hope you're not feeling too homesick.@justcallmeflora

Another thought is why not look up videos on RUclips that use body weight for exercise you can still get a really decent workout in! Plus running and get some ankle and wrist weights maybe

Hey. Not sure what high protein would mean for you.
      Here is my daily breakdown:
My pre workout (3 breakfast cookies) had around 12-14g protein together
Had a soy milk coffe: 4g protein
      My breakfast: 27g
      Lunch: around 22g
      Dinner: 35g
Plus had a tbsp of tahini with banana which would be an extra around 3.5g
Total protein for the day: around 103g
This personally exceeds my recommended if we count with 1g/kg/bw which is even more than what generally is recommended.
