My brother and I set off on a half day adventure to head from Boracay over to El Nido Palawan. We take a few different modes of transportations like rickshaws, ferries and then a plan to get all the way over to El Nido. Upon arrival, we take you with for a quick tour of our trip to the hotel and a tour of it and then do some walking around El Nido and share it with you.

37:00 when Vietnam war war broke out during 1960s-1980s, a lot of Vietnamese came to the Philippines in Palawan island for refuge, that's why here and there you will see Vietnamese shops, although majority of those Vietnamese refugees came back to Vietnam after the war, there are still some who stayed and continue living in Palawan, one of the popular camps out there is called Viet Ville and soon after they made the Viet Ville Restaurant, which until this day is a popular eating destination for tourists in Puerto Princesa Palawan.

I went to El Nido 7 years ago and the airport then was a lot smaller than that new airport, it was like a nipa hut. And I remember that when you arrive at the terminal they serve the passengers free lunch.
My honest opinion el nido is one of the best island here in Philippines kuya Mac the rock formations is on another level and you can only hear the nature when you go there with kayak

Those are mostly limestone cliffs in El Nido Palawan. They had a 2019 Red Bull Cliff Diving world competitions in El Nido before.

I’m from California (born and raised). Thank you for showcasing my parents’ home. I go to visit but NOT enough. Also you and your brother are like Filipino siblings. Very close and get along well. It’s rare to find that in the US.
Wow! The noodle food you ate in El Nido is soooo expensive. In most places in the Philippines you can get for half the price. In cheaper neighborhoods you can only get it for $6.😁😄😉😊. That's from the POV of a local who lives in the province.

Only AirSwift fly to El Nido ( Lio Airport) unless you have your own plane. Its a private airport. There’s no nice beach in El Nido town. El Nido is best for island hopping and visiting different lagoons. We took the same AirSwift airlines from Manila but stayed in an island resort- Cauayan Resort. It was nice but pricey and they had a speed boat for us for island hopping with lunch and drinks.
