Peter, every time I watch your videos you put a smile on my face. I wish that I could send you some stuff one day. I love you and your drawings, keep on arting ;3
Darvoid66 Aaah that water color set looked gorgeous. Ty for sending it to him, it was amazing to watch what he did and I'm very much looking forward to seeing what he does next!! (If he does a portrait I can't wait to see him use the Google eyes on it lmao)
@@darvoid66 It's kinda of crazy that his second time using water color (that we know of), is so much better than some other water color artists I've seen. Of course that's subjective, but his use of it looks so professional.
@@BrokenGodEnt You don't have to attend art school to know stuff, to be honest school is just for the piece of paper that declares that you know stuff.
Im really glad you make videos. You have given me the courage to be creative again and to continue making art. Before I started watching you i was afraid to be creative cause i had produced some things that didnt settle well with me. I had not been very mentally well at the time and am doing much better now. I just really want to say thank you for making these videos.
Laela Aldona I had the same exact experience! I haven't been well for awhile, and I lost my creativity. I feel like Peter has brought it rushing back. Now I'm excited to try making art again!
Laela Aldona he's really good at that. I love to make art but I'll go through long periods where I don't make anything, then I watch his videos again and I need to make something new! He's so great :)
Laela Aldona Similar experience here, especially with watercolor. I have been getting so frustrated with it lately to the point where I put it away for months, but this video has encouraged me to try it again. This is one of his best pieces too, imo.
darvoid66 Oh hey!!! I can't believe you responded.. :3 But again, thank you so incredibly much. You gave him tools to create a masterpiece and that's freaking magnificent..I hope you're having a great night :)
"because (colors) are all so great and it's all so situational" brought such a serene and genuine smile to my face, because "all colors are great" on its own is a lovely sentiment that i love to hear people say, but describing it as "situational" is something ive never heard before and it's so accurate that it just sent a nice wave of feelgood over me
Saw your comment before watching the video all way through and was wondering, what you could mean. When he then said it, all made sense and the childish giggling started ;)
I love the way this painting makes me feel and I can't stop looking at it. If I were to purchase any piece of art this would be it. I could spend hours following around the line and watching the colors melt into each other. What a fantastic place you've made!
every time I look at your art I always find some sort of dream like swirling city that's distorted in a way, I can always find an ocean, some clouds, trees, and even some weird alien like buildings to top it off. of course we can never know what you truly see when you draw/paint but I like how us humans can interpret such great things from a rather weird piece of paper and color.
Those paints wont' dry 100%....they are made with honey so they stay a bit tacky but they re-wet and reactivate really well. I have the pure pigment mijellos and they are my go to paints.
hey Peter. only started watching your videos a few weeks ago but i just cant stop. i love how much you talk and even get a little sidetrack with it. i'm a watercolour hobbie artist myself ( from Australia) so i was exited to see you play with some in this video! and quite liked the works. was wondering if you ever sell your works cos i'd enjoy either of the watercolours pieces you just did on my wall. let me know and keep up the good work. lexi

Peter... when you tried to pronounce the word "Arches" correctly.... you accidentally said "ass" in German haha the German for ass is "Arsch". I'm dead 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
What a fabulous gift! You are great to watch. With regards to watercolours, I have learned that the quality of paper is the most important thing (even more so than the quality of paint.) Don't be afraid to use the good china-( opps... I mean paper). I always tell myself to "paint like I don't need the money". I love your creative spirit!
I love this guy!!! (This guy being you, Peterdraws!). Found you, stumbled upon you, clicked on happenstance -- a couple months ago, and haven't stopped since. Your videos, for lack of a more intellectually impressive description, make me HAPPY. :). They make me remember that art is about just doing, just getting out there and letting the inside out. Not getting bogged down in the how, but getting excited in the experience. Because that's how we learn! That's how we grow! Thanks for doing what you do! :) Also, super excited to have just found you on twitch today too! Yayyyyy!
I would love to see more of these watercolor/pen videos. This is my favorite piece to watch so far. Something about seeing what you do with the abstractness of the watercolor is fascinating.
Lovely piece!! I enjoy your videos a lot, mostly for your voice and commentary that reminds me of my artist cousin. I think I'll start watching your live streams for more Peter Draws wisdom. Also that intro made me very interested in watching a full Mukbang of you... so if you ever wondered about doing eating shows just know you've got a fan
You are my favourite youtuber, I love your videos so much they really brighten up my day! Your squiggly sqoogly (somethimes more scribble scrabble) art never fails to tickle my creativity, thank you!
Just an idea... what if you were to make an entire painting/drawing using different shades of yellow? I love your art and I think this video was super great!
This watercolour painting with the ink on top is my favourite thing that you have made. The relaxing colours paired with fruit and insect inspired forms really compliment this aerial view of a perfectly overgrown world.
wowww. I'm a watercolour entusiastic (honestly no idea how to write this word in english , sry ;) ) I'm not extremly good but I love it.
