I don’t understand your art and I guess I shouldn’t feel the need to, but looking at it pleases me. Much in the same way that a tasty sandwich does. Thanks for that feeling, as I don’t always have a tasty sandwich on hand.
man... you are just so cool, honestly, its so rare nowadays to find someone this authentic and transparente. Just wanted to let you know that i really enjoy your art
I love watching these kinds of videos Peter, gain so much inspiration from them. Some of your bio-mechanical looking pieces are really fascinating, I could spend hours just looking at them and seeing new things.
Even tho I have a completly different art style, you really inspire me to try new stuff, branch out and also you help me to get up and just start. I just wanted to say thank you, I got really depressed these last days and didn't create anything but because of your video I'm sitting at my desk again. Love you and your work ..And your voice. I could listen to you all day :)
I'd love to be in your head for a day, see the things you see, imagine what you imagine, your work is so unique and amazing, and every page is like a different world. I love it!!
Peter is a god send Picasso it could be scribbles and the scribbles have different meanings for each person that looks at each art peice . PETER PLEASE DON'T STOP CREATING YOUR ART WORK WILL SOON BE WORTH MILLIONS IF NOT BILLIONS OF DOLLARS
When I was thinking about doing a Visual Journal flip-through, I was doing some research and yours was the first video that popped up. I have been hooked ever since. Thank you for being you. No formulas, no tricks. Pretty avant garde. ❤️❤️❤️
I like this one because the pictures vary so much. I used to feel like every page of a sketchbook had to be a masterpiece, but it's too much pressure. There's so much freedom not having to worry about that. Very inspiring.
I love your organic/industrial/deformity theme preference for drawing. That's why I clung to your channel from the very start was because I draw in similar themes when sketching. "Lots of intricate black lines". Very inspiring because I stopped drawing awhile ago and because of this series I am picking it up again. Thanks Peter
Such an inspiration! Love how loose and sketchy some of it is. You see so many sketchbook flip throughs online where every page is a perfect complete drawing and it’s really intimidating! I like the sharpie sketches. I think I’ll incorporate some into my sketchbook to just make it more relaxed. 😊
Love this video, honest and personal! One of the best sketchbook video i've seen 👍 really like the fact that you talk throught it instead of just flipping with some background music ✌
i like to see art where, there's a different image in it for each person and everyone can freely interpret it, no matter what they see, so that you're not restricted to thinking one way.
You made my day brighter on this snowy day. I liked the GREEN ink used in one of your drawing. Using one color or monochromatic always makes me happy. I wonder what that says about me, lol. Thank you again for the videos. Hugs!
These are my favorite videos ( along with reviewing art and plants ) :) I was wondering If you could do a fashion drawing, I think that it would be quite interesting to see your take on it.
Love seeing the imperfect scribbles and experimentation pages! Makes me feel better that I have pages like that in my sketchbook lol. A lot of people seem to have sketchbooks with every page being a finished piece of art. I'm not at that stage yet but hoping to get there
This is probably the most inspired ive been to pick up my sketchbook again. The looser drawings and less detailed work that i still love looking at and more experiements practise symbols and stuff is really awesome. As a perfectionist i so often dont do anything out of fear of failure. Not to say any of these drawing are failures but less detailed and mindblowing maybe idk i think you get what i mean
I am currently drawing in a Stillman and Birn Epsilon sketchbook and I HIGHLY recommend it. it's FANTASTIC for ink. Another sketchbook that's really good for ink (especially fountain pen ink) is the Rhodia Webnotebook or Rhodiarama. Very smooth luscious paper. I think you'd love it. Huge fan of your work Peter! Keep it up!
I used to lay all my expensive paper on the ground of my dorm and have people walk all over it. For some reason the anxiety of fresh crisp paper was weighed heavy on my soul causing me to stall and procrastinate. Not the good Roman kind but the load bearing type. Good advice.
Favorite line ---"This stuff, as usual, it's all self-explanatory..." Still laughing! Your delivery is so spot on! Also, love your random quotes in the book, especially the opening page. I never watch one of your videos without smiling. Thank you for making my day!
Another ripper sketch book. It's difficult to smell and feel the paper in sketch books these days as they are mostly now sealed in plastic. It's crazy. Thank you for another tour of your sketches. I love them.
It is the chemicals in the sharpie pens Peter. At first it seems like it won't bleed and then after days it has that affect as it did on your scetchbook.
I love your sketchbook videos, I am drawing more and I am still very new to it so my sketches never look as nice and sleek and the book itself is full of sharpie scribbles and squiggles. Your videos definitely inspire me to draw and get more creative and not feel restricted to “neat” sketching
The waterman ink is made by combining blue and yellow. Drop some water on a dried splotch and youll see. So many diff. Colors come out of black with water
Between the mention of Wilmington and your vlog tour, I’ve realized how close we live to one another. Im about 45 minutes north of you if your vlog was in your current city. Anyways, have a great one!
Hi Peter. Have you ever considered drawing on the particular type of paper best suited for the ink or pencil you use and then creating a sketchbook with those pages pasted in so you always work in the perfect medium and not the best averaged medium?
I don’t understand your art and I guess I shouldn’t feel the need to, but looking at it pleases me. Much in the same way that a tasty sandwich does. Thanks for that feeling, as I don’t always have a tasty sandwich on hand.
U made me hungry
Blue cheese has mould in it.
That was a strange analysis but I like it
uncircumcised watermelon calm down lmaoo
i love your sketchbook tours

Malcolm McDowell as "Alex" in A Clockwork Orange, it is lovely.
a surprise to be sure, but a welcome one indeed
Hello there!
Noah Knauss General Kenobi!
Fug70 you are a bold one.
You are still one of the best, most pure channels on RUclips!
Even tho I have a completly different art style, you really inspire me to try new stuff, branch out and also you help me to get up and just start.
I just wanted to say thank you, I got really depressed these last days and didn't create anything but because of your video I'm sitting at my desk again.
Love you and your work
..And your voice. I could listen to you all day :)
Hey Peter, you are prolific...inspirational and a nice guy. The world needs more like you.
I'd love to be in your head for a day, see the things you see, imagine what you imagine, your work is so unique and amazing, and every page is like a different world. I love it!!

Can't even express my happiness when I see a Peter Draws upload, especially in the last couple hours of my shift.
I like this one because the pictures vary so much. I used to feel like every page of a sketchbook had to be a masterpiece, but it's too much pressure. There's so much freedom not having to worry about that. Very inspiring.

So many people would have given up on paper that bleeds through so much. I love how you just went with it. Very varied group of drawings. Great stuff.
Love this video, honest and personal! One of the best sketchbook video i've seen 👍 really like the fact that you talk throught it instead of just flipping with some background music ✌
Sketch book Jesus once again blesses us with his holy drawings.
As much as I love drawings, there's nothing more exciting than hearing an artist talk about his art.
i like to see art where, there's a different image in it for each person and everyone can freely interpret it, no matter what they see, so that you're not restricted to thinking one way.
That's always the case, isn't it?
Your art and voice are a therapeutic combination.
You made my day brighter on this snowy day. I liked the GREEN ink used in one of your drawing. Using one color or monochromatic always makes me happy. I wonder what that says about me, lol. Thank you again for the videos. Hugs!
The rubber band: the most important part of any sketchbook. Great stuff, as usual. Thanks, Peter.
I feel like I'm in the same boat as you with just needing to put a few heavy scribbles in there it just feels nice to really cover the paper.
These are my favorite videos ( along with reviewing art and plants ) :) I was wondering If you could do a fashion drawing, I think that it would be quite interesting to see your take on it.
Love your sketchbook tours, I could look at them all day long and get inspiration for my art
Can't wait for the next sketchbook!🙏
Ahhh your voice is so soothing. And Im in awe of your art. It's like nothing I've ever seen.
Your sketchbook tours are like an inspiration drug, always pushing me to create something)
ive completed 3 pages in the time its taken you to complete 4 full sketchbooks. you have a gift sir!
Peter, I love the long hair and beard look! It works very well for you
Next video idea🤔 forcing yourself to draw a detailed piece utilizing the crack!
Bojack - Drugs are bad...
Mmkay
Yes! Peter should dedicate an entire sketchbook to the cracks in it whilst smoking crack instead of sipping coffee! Great idea Bojack 😃
Sketchbook tours are one of my favorite things
The Bob Ross of our generation. Calming us and filling us with confidence.

I love all your video's and seeing the freedom of drawing can be!
I love the tip about the first page problem. Thank you! Lovely drawings btw!
that one near the beginning looks a lot like Howls moving Castle
I am a bald bulbous man and am not afraid. I’d be honored to have you draw me (at me, of me, on me, whatever), Peter.
Thank you Peter.
that last drawing is amazing
I always thought I saw some Edward Gorey inspiration in your art! Glad you mentioned that!
I am scared of the crack too, also in the process of intermittently surprising myself by not being so
Your sketchbook tours are my inspriration as always.. I love it
Your art is obscure in the coolest way
I love that your drawings all show such emotion. I really enjoyed seeing the sketchbook tour and I'd love to see more in the future! 🙂💖
I love this! also, yes it does look like Malcolm McDowell (the guy from A Clockwork Orange)

I'm lowkey getting asmr vibes from this and I love it!!
Your stuff always inspires me to draw more, i just love that feeling.
You should do another video critiquing other people`s art!
Awesome to see your sketchbook Peter.
I’ll never forget when you called Moleskine for their proper pronunciation. I still tel people about it. They don’t get it
You spoil us, Peter. Thank you
The waterman ink is made by combining blue and yellow. Drop some water on a dried splotch and youll see. So many diff. Colors come out of black with water
It's always a pleasure to see your talent, good man
As always I love your video! Just you being you and not pretending anything else 👍
Your sketch books are so inspirational :) really enjoying these videos :)

Between the mention of Wilmington and your vlog tour, I’ve realized how close we live to one another. Im about 45 minutes north of you if your vlog was in your current city. Anyways, have a great one!
5:53 I have found my new favorite piece of art in existence
Really liked the tea house sketch! and would love to see more colored pencil / black ink drawings ^U^
Hey Peter, I like your script letter symbols and yur other worldly architecture... very cool 👍
I have a lot of “ dormant” sketchbooks. And now I feel silly going back to them since my art is so different so onward I go with new sketchbooks.
your sketches have a lot of really nice texture
Amazing! I love it! Make me feel like i need to start sketching after your video, so inspiring thanks!
This floored me. Thank you

I cannot get over how adorable and talented you are! 😣😊
I feel like Peter could draw pictures for Shel Silverstein’s poetry books
your art is so beautiful
You're an art machine
*Yay a video to enjoy during breakfast* 😁
5:50 "There's a bee on your head"
You were watching THE SOPRANOS weren't you?
The first one that actually looks like a sketchbook
Hi Peter. Have you ever considered drawing on the particular type of paper best suited for the ink or pencil you use and then creating a sketchbook with those pages pasted in so you always work in the perfect medium and not the best averaged medium?
Lol love the first page so I know where to return it to in case :D
Best Sketch Book yet! Thanks for sharing! (I always signed the crack)
I like the way he says "drawing" he really enunciates the "wing" part of the word lol
