Constipation affects millions worldwide, causing discomfort and impacting daily life. I am have told about the common causes, such as diet and lifestyle choices, and discuss the symptoms to watch out for. I have told 5 yogasana that will help you to relieve constipation.
    Here are some common causes of constipation that you can include in your video:
    1. Intake of Low Fiber Diet: Not consuming enough fiber-rich foods, such as fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, can lead to difficulty in passing stool.
    2. Insufficient Fluid Intake: Dehydration and inadequate water intake can make stools harder and more difficult to pass.
    3. Lack of Physical Activity: A sedentary lifestyle can slow down digestion and bowel movements, contributing to constipation.
    4. Ignoring the Urge to Have a Bowel Movement: Ignoring the natural urge to go to the bathroom can disrupt normal bowel habits.
    5. Certain Medications: Some medications, such as certain pain relievers (e.g., opioids), antidepressants, and antacids containing aluminum or calcium, can cause constipation as a side effect.

    What about old people who can’t do all these asans. Usually old people face the constipation problem. They may not be able to do all these asans.

      कुर्सी पर बैठ कर पानी पिए। और आखिर वाला अभ्यास न करें. बाकी के अभ्यास कर सकते हैं
