Here are some common causes of constipation that you can include in your video:
1. Intake of Low Fiber Diet: Not consuming enough fiber-rich foods, such as fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, can lead to difficulty in passing stool.
2. Insufficient Fluid Intake: Dehydration and inadequate water intake can make stools harder and more difficult to pass.
