I’m already in a stage that i have to take tablets like triphala regularly to prevent this problem. I do find hard to follow yogasans but I definitely like the ideas of drinks and fruits you have given here. I wish you are my personal yoga guru, you seem very dedicated to your teaching knowledge.
I am doing these asanas from past 2 days and on the very first day results were awesome. I think for me this exercise is working 100% because from the first day i went to washroom daily. Thanks alot for this wonderful exercise. 🧘♀️🧘♀️
Hey do these really benefit? Due to irregular lifestyle and unhealthy eating i got constipation and now suffering from anal fissure, i feel pain , itching and something small cut on my rectum... And i get little hard stools.. What should I do ? Maybe I should consult doctor? And start practicing yog+ walkin and healthy food .
