I met this lady in a parenting course I was doing, she was hit by life very hard and over time we became friends but I could see she was battling with something. She mentioned how shes on antidepressants. I mentioned Wim Hoffs breathing techniques and how they have helped me, fast-forward a month later, she told me I saved her life that when I recommended Wim Hoff she wanted to end her life, she was in tears. I said you don't have to thank me. YOU put the time into watching the videos YOU made this happen. I just wanted to say Thank you. You are like a healer of the spirit

Been following you for a few years, Wim. Not had a warm shower in about 4 years and my immune system is better than it has ever been. And so is my mental health for that matter. Thank you for sharing this wisdom with us and encouraging us to follow this path to find our true potential.
I loved what you say in this video that its not about Kilimanjaro or cold water or breathing but actually tapping in to your inner powers through whatever means you can find and seek to conquering our mind essentially which, in my opinion, holds us back from connecting to our true nature and finding the immense healing power and light of wisdom that we hold within us. Now that I watch this video I can think of a memory I had way way back. Must have been like at least 10 or 15 years and I saw this weird dutch man somewhere in a downtown area in a transparent cube full of ice. Yes, he's weird. But he's not crazy!

I relate a lot to Wim cuz i was a weirdo as well, back in high school, no one wanted to be my friend, without self-esteem, overweight, full of acne down to the neck and i was told i was gonna lose all my hair. But today i rose up as a healthy person, fisically and mentally, who doesnt get sick or have to take any medicine, i believed in myself just like Wim did and i won the world's heart with music, and for that i dedicate it to Wim Hof, the world belongs to us weirdos, we just have to keep fighting although everyone will say not to and try to stop us because of envy and fear of us not becoming just like them: just one more.
I have still a milestone to go, i dream on meeting wim hof and climb a mountain with him and a bunch of "weirdos" as well. I already crossed a long journey, so i know this will happen, and i look forward to that.
