MEET WIM HOF! I just flew from Madrid to Amsterdam and back to Madrid in the same day, just to spend a few hours with The Iceman (Wim Hof) in his countryside home.
I did my first-ever ice bath, and words cannot express how powerful this experience has been!

I can't thank this video more enough! I've been dealing with depression for 3 years and when I started trying to experiment with ice (cold showers etc) I've felt unstoppable, it deals with stress so much. Ice is really your best friend.

I realized that my anxiety is like cold water (it causes stress on my body) so I started to perceive anxiety as something external to me, and when I feel it I imagine it's just cold water...this helps me to don't identify me with my anxiety which therefore disappears quickly! I can handle it like a cold shower..hope this is helpful for someone else :)

Wim is right my life changed after laying in cold baths and taking cold showers. Breathing is key. But I have never been so energetic and pain free/joint pain free. I lift heavy weight and use to suffer from pains all over. Today I lift heavier then I did and pain free. Also my recovery speeds up along with having better looking skin. 🤔 start adapting to this cause it's amazing.
