Gdańsk, and everything arround - sea, architecture, forests, lakes, world biggest castle etc.
North east, lakes, forests, nature.
1 day in Warsaw is enough propably.
Cracow, and everything cool around, also aushwitz (worth it, u`ll cry like a baby)
Tatra mountains, other mountains - Wim likes south east Prague is nearby, and there is no boarders.
U have also beautifull towns like - Wroclaw, Poznan, Toruń, Bydgoszcz, Lublin. and etc. etc. Nature is diverse and beautifull like almost everywhere here, depends how much time u have and what You like to do.
I traveled a lot in the world, u`ll be really suprised. There is usualy snow in the mointains till May, temperature up to lets say -10 in winter and + 35 in summer.

@@buddyrojek9417 I was considering to buy a house in carpathian mountains as well. It is 4times cheaper than in Poland and to me it looks more isolated from society and more beautiful. In what area exactly did you get it?

I was blessed to be invited by Wim as a guest at his house a couple of weeks ago after I was an Instructor at the Poland Winter Expedition. It was empty so I had the place to myself and the energy was incredible. I did Wim Hof breathing and meditated in every room. The last time I was there was in December 2017 when I did the Winter Expedition! I love Wim's energy and all he does for the world.
I just started my journey. I’m 46 years old, lost my father to suicide when I was four. I had many baggages I used to carry around every second of my life. I have been doing the exercises and the cold plunge since January 21, 2023. Since January I only missed 3 days. I never felt better in my life. I wish I could spend a few days with you Wim to express my gratitude and to sharpen my new tools. Thank you so much for all the content you put out and for all the guidance and love. I will be sending you and your family positive energy for as long as I leave. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
start healing by healing body, it means eating natural human food - meat, balanced animal proteins sources
shocking body and drugging mind with dopamine and stress hormones isn't gonna change much
but if it helps you then great for you
and don't forget to eat only one meal as Wim that's why he didn't die yet being vegan eating against nature

I have never been in this house, and I will probably never go either. But through watching Wim's videos, a part of it has been anchored into my soul. You totally surprised me. I watched your movies and I didn't expect they were in Poland. Good choice in Poland there are great nature and even in symbolic way good choice because Poland has historically been a country that has been recovering from trauma

@@katerinaorsagova3859 Both during World War I and World War II, the front line rolled through Polish territory many times and Poles experienced first like in WWII the Nazi Gestapo and then the Ruthenian NKVD . Not to mention the fact that generally from few hundred years, wars have been organized regularly on the territory of Poland, which devastate the territory and society.

Poland is country that in the twentieth century experienced biggest material and social devastation and yet managed to rise and heal from such a trauma and make record jump from this scale of devastation .

I've never jumped into a lake or waterfall in my entire life. I want to cry, I've been missing out so much, on things that make you feel alive. It all fell apart when my family moved to a bigger city. I come from generations of people who choose not to jump into lakes because they live in fear, people who choose not to feel alive. Wim's energy alone gives me a high.
