Miyazaki did the Manga first and than the Movie adaptation for Nausicaä. Also nice collection, very impressive how you managed to get all these out of print volumes before they did go out of print
Pretty solid collection. Can't wait to see where it goes from here. If you haven't seen it yet, I definitely recommend checking out Cromartie High School. Hands down my all time favorite dub for any anime I've seen and one of the few times I will recommend it regardless of somebody's preference for subs and dubs. As for manga recommendations, I'm going to say Eyeshield 21. It's the series that got me hooked on sports manga and also made me a big fan of Yusuke Murata.
We have similar tastes, aside from the pervy stuff. I highly recommend you get World Trigger, it's the shounen series I keep coming back to. I recently purged about 250 volumes of shounen because I was never going to reread it and this was one of the few I kept. It's like a sci-fi version of Hunter x Hunter (the more strategic parts anyways)
That's the first complete Phoenix I've seen on youtube. You've got a real great selection of series in your library. Still a lot to recommend though, for example Parasyte and Gunslinger Girl. Also, for comedy, Detroit Metal City and My Neighbour Seki.
Phoenix is definitely one of my most prize possession. Parasyte is on my radar. I want to get Gunslinger Girl but those thick onmibuses by Seven Seas are kind of ugly, I'm waiting for someone to sell the complete original ADV single volumes or a decent deal on eBay; it probably won't happen since it's so badly out of print. I'll look into DMC and My Neighbor Seki.
I love Yona of the Dawn it's defiantly one of the better Shojo titles, I've like a wide range of manga genres but I did start with Shojo so I do own quite a few of them, however, I'll only recommend you to read 'Fruits Basket', 'My Love Story', and/or 'Orange' though the latter is really mostly slice of life with a tad of sci-fi added to the mix. I did notice the lack of 'Shaman King' in your collection and I still adore that series as it was my intro into the non-Shojo side of manga, I had to mention it so if you've never given it a shot you should. Lastly, my current favorite ongoing manga is 'Terra Formars' I own all the volumes and have pre-ordered the next two already so if you read any of my suggestions I'd say give that one a try. All of Kyokou Suiri's work is awesome as well though my favorite 'Blast of Tempest' never got released over here, I better stop or I could go on and on and give you like 30+ more suggestions ^^; Anyway, cool collection I've never watched a collection video where I didn't hear a lot of 'I haven't read this yet' about half of the collection so kudos to you for that! :)
I don't mind Shojo, if it's decent I'll definitely look into it. Children of the Whales is the one shojo that Viz Media is about to release is something I am really looking forward to. I'll look into those series you mentioned but unfortunately I couldn't get into Shaman King because the anime (4kids dub back in days) left a bad taste for me.... Believe it or not every manga I own is at least over half-way read.

I know it is probably not finishing in our lifetime but even reading the existing 14 books is crazy.... As a collector I paid and suffered to find all English releases (in Japan it is finished long time ago). Have a look.
Honestly I've given up on trying to get Eden, at this point price is not even the issue anymore it's availability. It is an amazing series but unfortunately Dark Horse discontinued it for some unknown reasons.

I’m not really interested in light novels, but some of my fav anime (baccano, rezero, etc) are based off light novels. They do have manga adaptions though but that also means they aren’t exactly the way the author intended them to be. Would you recommend getting the manga because that’s what I’m used to or the light novel because that’s the original?
what is with all the black clover hate? sure it takes alot from nature but what shone series doesn't copy from older shounen series. you can see similarities between alot of shounen now and shounen from the 80s. Black clover executes the shounen tropes really well and it's a fun read.
