- Hello, everyone! I'm still kicking. Thanks for stopping by, even though I don't much have to show despite my absence. I've had lots going on over the past year, but am finally in a position to geek out over manga again. I incorrectly referred to Dragon Ball as Gintama at one point, sorry about that. I also referred to Alita as an android, but she is a CYBORG. Kicking myself for that one! I hope you stick around for some more - it won't be another two years!

No worries! I hope you enjoy it. It also has two sequels (Last Order and Mars Chronicle), but I largely prefer the original work.

Thank you! Yes, me too. I used to buy everything I could as quickly as I could in case it became unavailable, but I feel like publishers have gotten a lot better at keeping manga in circulation these days.

What's your opinion on march story?
I haven't checked it out yet but would like to
I must confess, I still haven't gotten around to March Story. I bought it based on the artwork, so I can't comment on the story, but I have heard good things. It looks quite stunning in parts. I think I'll start it once I finish Black God.
Yeah that's what caught my eye on it as well
As the art didn't seem like a typical seinen manga art style
But I'm pretty sure the first couple of volumes are unfortunately out of print so I'll just have to get it when I can
Yeah, the art is wonderful. Especially the full page artwork and spreads - there's a lot of attention to detail and the artist really builds an incredible atmosphere. I just like looking at it sometimes, haha. Oh, damn. I wasn't aware that was another manga out of print. That's a real shame, especially since it was published by Viz. It's only a short manga so I hope you'll be able to find it somehow.

Sure, I'd consider it. It's one of my favourites, but I've read it a couple of times. I see the physical editions are becoming a little sparse.

My book collection mainly consists of Haruki Murakami novels and an assortment of other Japanese authors. I'm afraid there wouldn't be much to show!
Oh okay... Then I would love to see a video reviewing these books! The only Japanese book I have read is no longer human and it was amazing ;so I want to know other great Japanese books
Is the Akira manga flipped ?
Yes, the one I have is. Kodansha USA have since released a 35th anniversary edition which I believe is in the original right-to-left format.
