That 31 with the flames (its on the video thumbnail) belongs to Cleenrockone he is a famous tattoo artist he was on several Ink Masters and he won one of them i believe.

That's the autotronic eye, it sensed headlights and dimmed yours automatically, when they worked

THE LAST TIME I WENT TO LAS VEGAS , "THEY" WERE INSPECTING
THE VEHICLES AT THE DAM ; I HAD TO GO THE LONG WAY 'ROUND ;
ARE THE SECURITY GAURDS INSPECTING THESE CARS ON THE WAY
INTO THE SHOW ? ? WHY THE HOLD UP = THE WAIT IN LINE ??
