This was a super informal video, thank you! I applied for a job had 2 interviews (one with the hiring manager), and was told I would hear back about next steps early the next week. I didnt hear anything back and then got the generic thank you for your interest in the position we wont be moving forward with your application. It made me sad I felt great after talking with the hiring manager and then to get just a generic email and nothing else was disheartening :( But I am determined to land the best role for me and your videos are super helpful. Thank you I needed this so much today.

How do i find recruiters that are are looking for candidates related to my field? (For instance,I am looking for full-time positions related to environmental justice, research and/or journalism)
On LinkedIn you can type the keywords: “Journalism Recruiter” and that will pull up recruiters that have that title. LinkedIn is great for this!
What about for those that are not U.S citizens but want to come over to the U.S to work?

How do I find recruiters for the company I want to work for?
Search engine: “recruiter and the Company you want to work for”
This is not available free..
I feel like they just hire women
