Joey, about LIKEDIN, please, which is better to put in the filter, SIMPLIFIED APPLICATION or NON-SIMPLIFIED APPLICATION? Because SIMPLIFIED is always faster for those looking for it, that is, you don't have to spend 1 hour sometimes filling out forms that companies ask for. What do you think about this ?

I never knew that Linkedin can be a good place to get clients.
Back in 2021 I wrote such a post and my DM was flooded with 15+ more leads who wanted to work with me.

Great idea. Search for the clients of artists, then write the clients that you can do if better/cheaper. Everyone is happy.. Or did i forget one?

Thanks! 7:30 - These companies in motion designers portfolio, half of them can be fictional, right? For portfolio purpose only. Especially, if he/she is a new motion designer without experience
Yes that's possible, we just have to do a manual search for every company and see if that company really exists or not and approach them.
More easier way is to see whether that particular motion designer is highly experienced or not, and put those motion designers who has relatively less experience in the back burner and focus on the more experienced designers, cause the probability of finding real work in their portfolios is higher than the new ones, again it's all trial and error, unfortunately, there is no hard and fast rule exists for all of us.
What if I live in another country but want jobs in another country , can that work?
Odd... when I just look up Motion Designer under Jobs.. it says there's only 226 results.. no filters applied.. why is that different for you and I?

The economy has just slowed down a lot of ad spend and hiring, so it's slower right now. It'll turn around though, always does.
