Oricand you say that as if the US and other countries using Fahrenheit and inches are insignificant countries, but that isn’t appropriate. When you consider population sizes and media productions, you’ll find that it is simply correct to use these units when on the continent.

Paul Morley okay so I see that you don’t know anything about the western continents. For 1, the US does not have an Official system at all. It uses both metric and imperial systems with primarily imperial being used as a standard for the majority of the population (the countries you named are the rare few that have imperial as an official system, not an accurate representation of the actual populations that do also use inches miles and so on). Places and organizations that deal with foreign interactions (such as the military) and border countries will use metric values. Yet the US is also not the only American country that has a significant presence of imperial measurements. If imperial measurements were “irrelevant” then it wouldn’t continue to exist, but clearly that isn’t the case
Storyteller They are not irrelevant but they should be. The metric system is much more scientific and accurate. The imperial system is outdated.

That is what happened
Nah it really did implode, the gas inside was boiling hot (litterally), so when met with an ice cold substance the gas contracted and created a vacuum. Leading to the barrel contracting thus creating an implosion.

There was a total of 4 seconds after James last tasted the ice cream before the camera went back on him and the scoop disappeared and he was still talking, he definitely has experience with a ice cream cone

The balloon thing, I knew that would happen. My brother was stationed up in Alaska when he was in the navy. He told us you knew who the new people were when they got shipped in in winter because it would get so cold the tires on cars would go flat over night. So people inflated them to drive to the base. Regulars would then deflate their tires most of the way while the new people would leave them as is. Around noon the temperature would rise enough that the air would start expanding and as a result the tires would over pressurize and explode
