#Lumpiangshanghai is one of my favorite finger food or appetizer. In this video, I tried cooking them 2 ways. The traditional #deepfried or modern #airfried. Are they equally good? Check out the video to find out.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground pork
10 cloves garlic, minced
3 medium-sized shallots, chopped
2 large carrots, minced
salt
pepper
garlic powder
cooking oil
lumpia wrapper

gusto ko sila both hehe, crunchy on the first bite.. siyempre pagdeep fry with oil, sa air fry less oil hehe pero both masarap sis, sana magkaroon din ako ng air fryer..
