  • In these liner comparison videos, we discuss helpful differences between two styles of ZipFit ski boot liners, so you can be sure you are selecting the best fit for your ski boot, foot morphology, and skiing interests.
In this video we compare the Fischer RC4 PRO LV ZF innerboot and Gara LV innerboot.
The RC4 PRO LV ZF innerboot is modeled after the Gara LV, with some minor differences in material choices and some upgrades on customizability and performance at first fit. The LV innerboot from Fischer is slightly lower volume than the Gara LV as it was designed to be specifically compatible with the RC4 PRO LV shell.
The Gara LV liner is slightly higher volume and has a slightly stiffer cuff.

I’m so happy with my Gara HV liners I love them so much what a game changer I do want the plunger and cork tubes for slight heel lift in my left boot! while the fit is significantly better along with the comfort I want to know when cork will be available again

The Fischer is a nice looking liner. What’s with all the colors on the zip fit liners? I’ve always felt it was a mish mosh of colors that don’t go with each other and don’t match up well with the color of most ski boot shells.

Quesion: for the Fischer RC4 Pros, is it still the best practices to put on the liner first then get into the shell all together, or is it okay to leave the liner in and put on the boot like other regular boots?

You will want to take out the liner, put your foot in and then get into the shell. The reason being is that the cork will tend to move less this way than the other.

Can I use the Corsa lace kit on my Gara LVs? The laces aren't great, I agree - and the locking mechanism is particularly not fantastic (it works, but is fiddly to get tight and locked) - if these laces are better, can I just retrofit a Corsa lace kit from the online store to my garas and get the better lacing experience you talk about here? :)

Argh - except the Corsa laces are out of stock - has everyone had the same idea as me? :D

If there was slightly more room in front of the toes I would have been a customer. Truly a quality product.

Going up one size in the Zipfit liner as compared to the shell size won’t cause a problem most of the time.

@trey7039 Was a problem for me. Material was bunching up.
