Thanks for uploading this… my boots are way too stiff to do that even in room temp!
Very skeptical about leaving the ski boots unbuckled for storage, but I suppose it’s a good enough trade off for some…

Those shells looked deformed because they've not been buckled after use.

Doesn't the cork get slightly displaced by the action of world cupping the liners into the shell?
