I love this! Sometimes you just want a chaotic Sim. I will say that the last Sim I had with the Uncontrolled Emotions trait died due to it but it was fun while it lasted. LOL!
This is the polar opposite of how I usually try to raise my Sims. I think I'm going to have to try this, it looks so much fun. Thanks for yet more game play inspiration!
I had no idea what the manners, empathy , etc circles were for. I always get too attached to my child and teen sims to age them into adults, but this gives me so many fun ideas!
I've never wondered how to lower every character value, but this video showed me how interesting it is and the results. I never knew there would be negative unique interactions for when the kid grows up
Thank you for this one. I find it way too easy to have the character values always in the green - don't even really need to try. I've been working on getting some negatives and going nowhere. This will be very helpful 💕
Thanks to your last video on this I just finally succeeded at adding up someone with the good character traits other than responsible ( that is easy for my gameplay because I always make the kids do homework and help around the house). It also helps to know what interactions are hurting your goals do I appreciate this video even though I don't think I'm going to try to make a negative trait person haha
The children and teens are always worse than the toddlers now since I got this pack and it used to be the other way around😭😂 but also I just kept thinking that terrible sim looked like Han
Manners and responsibility are difficult to get into the red. Some traits help however, such as slob and mean. Ultimately the best method is the chance card. I find though that with autonomy on, sims with negative traits rarely act up. They tend to get whims to be negative but that's it.
All is not equal with these traits and their descent. I’m talking about the toddler years, where freedom is very much restricted and full autonomy is as foreign a concept as not burning the world down when making your first ever meal…yeah, toddlers actually have it pretty easy in some ways. Because of how toddlers handle energy, getting them in an angry mood is disgustingly easy, which opens the door to tantrums galore, lowering emotional control. Make-a-mess is a passable responsibility drainer while being gross is about the same as it is in the next lifestage for manners manipulating. Then there is the empathy killer. Oh wow, the empathy killer. I tested repeatedly hitting those stupid stuffed animals against repeating every other method mentioned and it is’t even close. After about 5 minutes of not-looking-just-tapping, empathy was all the way in the red. I couldn’t even do that for the other methods. The closest I got was the gross options alternating what was available depending on which orifice was being expelled from.
I’m playing a legacy where the heir’s brother got abducted by aliens and didn’t want the baby, so he abandoned it with his sister, the heir. His sister was still aggressively pursuing her culinary career with the ultimate goal of creating ambrosia that never goes bad for her shop, as well as wooing her love interest who didn’t want to get married, so she had a lot on her plate when the alien baby got dropped in her lap. Now her future children will be raised with (and partially by) their older, alien cousin who will have horrible character values 😈
Way late to the party, but if you have both Parenthood and Growing Together and your Toddler has the Aggressive or Destructive Toddler Quirk (or both for double the chaos) then those tots are going to autonomously destroy stuff and/or autonomously hit, kick and bite other Sims. ALL. THE. TIME. Which means that if you don't have the parents constantly on top of disciplining their tiny terror, those Empathy and Emotional Control Character Values are gonna go deep into the red real fast.
trait.equip_trait lifeskills_charactertrait. Just replace the “charactertrait” with the character trait you want for example: trait.equip_trait lifeskills_badmanners or trait.equip_trait lifeskills_irresponsible. It works the same for good traits.
Glad I came across this. Currently playing a guy with the goal of becoming filthy rich and famous. Of course he's going to have an a-hole kid that will grow up to be an a-hole politican or maybe an influencer.

Psychopath... 😳

Thanks for the kind comment and you're super welcome Victoria! Haha hope you have a great time :).
Parenthood is one of the best packs tbh

Ooh I've never tried lowering all the character values before, I'm gonna try this!
Me neither! No wonder why my Sims are so boring!
This video is perfect for me. Just finished the Making Money scenario and I plan on making a spoiled second generation 😁
This video made laugh out loud like a villain. I guess I have the Evil trait.

IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS VIDEO for SO LONG😂. I was struggling to lower it for my trouble teen storyline
This is sp helpful! I tend to play as children as soon as possible and ignore the parents and they end up as little angels. I'll try and mix it up.
I never play with rude or mean sims. But this could be so much fun and I'm getting so many ideas.
Love this channel because I always learn something new, I’ve never done the bad manners traits, looks like a lot of fun 😂💙👍🏼
this is really helpful! i didn't know much about these at all. we love Parenthood even tho she is Generations' less ambitious younger sister

Yes! Lowering them! My kind of game! Awesome video!
Thank you queen!! :)
planning on getting parenthood along with growing together- i have to know how to create as much drama as i can!
oh gosh, I needed this laugh! I always play my sims Mary Poppins perfect, but this video, has encouraged me to dive into the negativity, thanks doll
I think I have the uncontrolled emotions trait in real life LMAO
Literally thought about this last night! Thank you!
So good I had to watch it twice
I just watched the video about raising these at work yesterday. Perfect timing :)

Just the video I needed!
Yeah!!!! I’ve waited for this. Thank you. :)
Lowering Character Values is suprisingly hard

Thank you and oh my gosh I didn't know that! If I ever go to Argentina I'm going to have to make up a fake name ahahaha

Now i want to create a mean second-generation fuerdai sim
seems fun
Finally, a way to give my sims generational trauma
thank you so much!! also does anyone know if theres a way to cheat and give this traits to a sim with a code or a mod?

once I killed a sim by emotional death because the sim has uncontrolled emotion trait…
who loves to kill sims by emotions?
