We used to have the signed hour for adoration to the Blessed Sacrament - 24 hours. I used to do my hour late evening. Such a beautiful time, till the other person took over. Just for an hour. Lord, have mercy on us all!
There should be a guest list for when ,someone will atend. And not just a gate keeper person who says yes or no to people..laypeople don't have a right to say yes or no to adoration time. No matter what time it is.. at day time mass after , have numbers cards , and a signed sheet noteing when they will be at adoration time. So when they go , they show the card number and the book they signed in at the end of mass will be at adoration door. The person already in there will confirm with I'd check .
Sad that lot of churches don’t have Adorations😢. That’s why the World is this HELL! The fall of the Church is the fall of the Humanity and the World …. 🤷🏻♀️

I was taught that when on your knees during a double-knee genuflection, you give a reverent bow of the head, then you stand up.
