@@narusawa74 actually yes, because if you practice it enough over time. When certain things happen in a instant you are no longer thinking about it. You just do it. Like reloading a firearm, doing drills on taking apart a gun, etc the more you practice the more your body actually remembers the motion. It is recommended all over the world. Why do you think martial arts does it? Hema? And so many more training systems. It develops muscle memory. If you don’t realize that then clearly you’ve never trained in your life. Start slow then go faster over time to where again you don’t really have to think about doing it, your muscles and body will actually be so well tined to the movements it will be second nature to you.

@@thecia9498what i have heard from hema practitioners and historian's it's more about untrained people making overly aggressive strikes that mutually assure death, the reason for this as i have heard is that it's very rare for sword wounds to be immediately deadly sooo if you are fighting an opponent who doesn't care to preserve their life or doesn't have the proper training you have to be very skilled and careful to not die with them.

Thank you. I just sat here learning this attack with my practice sword over an over again. What a perfect counter for the overhead swing. An fun to do once its perfect flow. Looks like you control his direction of swing with your first attack, to set up his overhand swing so u can then counter it with the loop over.
Deffently a kill shot. But what happens when both fighters are aware of such a formula. Setting there attacks up with your own attacks to then counter the anticipated attack before it happens.
Its most likly why such expert level fighters dont make that much blade contact with each other. Becaue there aware of that level of control.
Intelligence, awareness, an self awareness. On levels i cant explain to most people.
Do you know how to separate yourself, from your reactions?
For example. Does one go threw life reacting. Or does one go threw life choosing how one feels. Can one even be in that level of control. Where you are no longer the representative, the reactive child to this world.
are you true awareness? Are you really you, or the representative of your reactions from within.
Once this level of self control is attained. The enemy can no longer use manipulation. An until this is attained mentally, physically its imitation, not coming from within, but just a copied variation carried from those who were.
You can not understand these facits with the mind alone. Its just like this,
What is a good man, but a bad mans teacher. What is a bad man, but a good mans job. No matter how far one has developed mind, one will never escape what is, an what is not.
To truly see, to truly know what is, is to let go, is to see without seeing. It is to feel without feeling. It is to be, an to not be. To do, but to not do.
The highest levels of humanity. -lao Tzu
