German Tango in 1913: "Die Tangokönigin"

This film from 1913, titled "Die Tangokönigin" (the Tango Queen) offers a fascinating overview of multiple Tango stylings in its first years as a mainstream social dance. The scenario is that a husband and wife are having a bet as to who is the best dancer. This is a "Just the dance bits" edit, but it is not my edit, nor can I claim credit for the music. I found it on a site titled "Histoire du tango Argentin", but where he/she got it, I know not. It looks like a museum or archive restoration.

Great find Walter. It was also clear the dance teacher and female student could actually dance. There was also some consistency in movement choices and characterization with these German dancers.
