Make an egg white omelet they are delicious with sour bread toast.

Yep. Egg whites, white sugar and a little vanilla extract. It whips up nice with a blender. That's what I always topped my banana pudding with. And put it in the oven on broil and watched closely till it was lightly browned. And then in the refrigerator to set. No need for whipped topping mix. But so proud of you and Dad for providing a great meal for Mom. She shows her love and care for you both through cooking. And now the circle of love embraces her. That's awesome.
Freezing egg whites for later works, too. Or use them as a hair treatment. Much love and blessings. 🥰

I feel ya Corie! There's always that slightly anxious moment someone takes the first bite of a pie you've never made before! I knew it'd be good though! That's my favorite kind of supper. Looked delicious. Hope granny gets home soon and gets to eat good food in her own house!

We've missed you so much, Tipper, but Matt and Corie have done a magnificent job of holding down the fort. I had boiled cabbage for supper, too, so yay for both of us!
