Actually, the automatic transmission is the option, the manual transmission is standard. Also, the main competitor is the Honda Civic Si. The Tc has 20 horsepower less, but with that you need just regular unleaded fuel, while the Civic Si needs high octane unleaded. Interestingly, the performance figures are very similar between the Tc and Si. The price difference is due to the Si having all those stupid do-dad dashboards! Plus, the Si has a horribly immature interior, with the color orange splattered throughout. The Si is also $4000 more, and you actually get less car for that money.
I have an Scion XD 2008 & an XB 2010 - those “cheap” dashboard that most reviews mention, once cleaned & applied with the right protectant - has not age a single day with my cars...
Charles McKaig lol, idk about protestant sorry... but I’ve been using Lithium Trim Serum lately, I’ll be going back to 303 Interior & Exterior Protectant after I’m done with the bottle
Nice review. :) This is kind of about there question but do you know if the key shape of the 2014 scion tc is similar/looks like the Camry one or do you get the jackknife key?
william finnell seats really are comfortable! And the rear seats even recline which I didn't know when I bought it. Steering wheel also has amazing feel
had both in terms of reliability both in terms of handling tC in terms of looks tC in terms of speed tie overall the tC brings back the Celica Supra feel of the late 80s...
I love my TC

Love the cargo space. With the front seat down, you can put easily put in something 8 ft. long.
Like my dong
for about 22-23k you can also get the leather and heated seats package, with a spoiler and rear windshield wiper blade as the "monogram series"
nice review! I enjoyed it and look forward to seeing more from you hopefully :)

You didnt mention the telescoping steering wheel
Good video, only thing I dislike are the seats..
I own one... The seats are great, super comfy

I love the seats, very comfortable and your head can relax on the headrest comfortably, I have never had that in any other car.
The heat in this car is awesome and you will never have to worry about the sunroof or being cold in this car.
I've never seen anyone reach through the steering wheel to reset the kilometres, lol.
How is the visibility with the small windows?
The massive pillars on either side of the window do cut down on visibility quite a bit...but you get used to it
What car is better? The last Celica made or this tC?

The tC is the unofficial successor to the Celica.
