I made this last night with all the recommended measurements. It was waaaaay too sour for my liking and had to add more cashews to tone down the lemon and the vinegar. Also, my ranch did not turn out white but really green. So go easy on the dill, lemon juice and the vinegar and add as you go so you won’t ruin the dressing! Good luck

I too cannot tolerate the apple cider vinegar. I can only use it in the tiniest amounts like 1/2 of a 1/4 teaspoon in a large batch of dressing. A small glass dropper full. That's about it I try to avoid it. Another great recipe of course. 💖

I made this dressing tonight and it was good but I have a few questions. First, I used exactly the amount of ingredients called for except for a little less of the lemon juice (because I onl had two fresh lemons and that didn't quite make one cup, perhaps about 3/4 cup) and the dressing was watery and yet yours appears creamy and thick. I have the exact blender you have and am wondering if maybe I didn't blend enough. Does this get creamier and thicker the longer you blend ? Also, I felt the dressing was a little too lemon tasting (Though perhaps that's what is intended) even despite using a bit less lemon juice and am wondering what you'd suggest to balance out the flavor of the lemon? Thanks.

I was wondering though if you could maybe break down the recipe for one plus people instead of making a large amount. The amount that you show us to make would go bad before I'm able to finish it. I find that some of her ingredients are affordable and others are no so much so what I do is shop around. For example, pine nuts are expensive at one store I found but at another they were have the price. I use my ninja blender for everything. Also it helps to plan your meals out so you are just shopping for items for just that meal. I admit I haven't found any mulberries yet. I dont even know where to get them.

Lemon and vinegar serve the same purpose. I'd personally choose one or the other. Prop vinegar. Lemon is sweeter

What is a good replacement for vinegar of any kind, yeast and green onions?
Debra Wilson citrus if you want. Basically it’s there for the acidity, but I fought you would need more citrus. Try adding lemon zest.
