Despite some of the negative comments, this was actually delicious. I added less oranges and more tomatoes and i also fried some seasoned mushrooms and onions together in organic coconut oil and added it to the mix. Hey its then not 100% raw but 85% is just as good and it tasted great. thumbs up from me👍
Zucchini noodles- zoodles. In the UK they're known as courgettes and when spiralled called courgetti as in spaghetti. Love curry so can't wait to try this. ☺
I made this twice in the last three days and LOVE it, though I did some variations/substitutions. I used a roma tomato and I didn't have seeds, so I used a couple tablespoons of crunchy peanut butter (Naturally More PB with flax seed, it's amazing). I also used a lot more cumin, garlic salt as well as a raw garlic clove, onion, chili powder, cajun seasoning and I used dry herbs. I also don't have a spiralizer so I meticulously cut the zucchini into strips by hand, lol, I think it's surprisingly worth it though. I'm amazed by the texture of the zucchini and the overall flavor profile of the dish. It's not "pasta" by any means, but really delicious, satisfying and guilt free, and I'm sure there are tons of ways you could alter it to match your own tastes - even add meat, or other things if you're not raw/vegan/vegetarian. I'm most certainly not, but I love exploring new healthy recipes. :)
I actually eat zucchini noodles almost everyday for dinner and having the same sauce with them all the time was a bit boring. So this was the PERFECT recipe for me!! I made this for the whole family and they LOOOOVED it. :) Day 16 is completed !
I really admire what you're doing :) you seem like a great person!!! the recipes have been helping me health-wise, thank you for making these videos !!
I made this and made it a little differently because I didn't have all the ingredients. Well, I was in heaven, and now I am addicted to spiral zucchini noodles. Thank you for turning me on to this. Your recipes are wonderful. Thank you
I am trying this right now with extra touch freshly grounded black pepper, AND IT TASTES FANTABULOUS, Thank you a lot Kristinia. The juices too, I started trying them 3 days ago and they're AMAZING & REFRESHING.
Hello Ms. Kristina I just wanted to tell you that you are making a difference in lives and changing food ! Thank you so much for pushing forward throughout the negativity because there are people watching you. I know I am young but you are becoming a huge inspiration for me You got yourself another subscriber THANK YOU 😁
Kristina you are a genius! These noodles were so amazing. I feel like I could eat this every day! Actually, I might. Thanks for being such a wealth of knowledge and sharing your yummy recipes with us ^_^ Soak up some extra sunshine for us Michiganders!
I am one of those people who can't digest raw zucchini. Because of this, I was a little afraid to make this recipe, but I really love curry! I've been raw for about 5 weeks, and been craving something different. So, I tried your recipe (I made half, just to be sure I can handle it with the raw zucchini). I am really pleased to say that 1. It tastes delicious! The herbs make all the difference, there is no taste of orange here, it's a curry taste all the way! And 2. I could digest the zucchini without a problem! I think that the combination of the raw zucchini with the orange and tomatoes and herbs helped immensely with the digestion. I am really happy with this recipe!
I just made this and omg!! This curry is so delicious and full of spice and flavor. I love how the flavors of the herbs blend well with the oranges and curry powder. Nice job Kristina! Mine was too watery at first but I added 1/2 cup more sesame seed to thicken and it worked ♥️ next time I’ll do three oranges instead of four
Geezzzzz... People sure do like to complain! Kristina is a beautiful, intelligent, enthusiastic individual. She is always smiling and energetic in her videos. The recipes are DELICIOUS! KRISTINA, Keep up the great work and don't change anything about the way you do your videos. Ignore the negative comments! Some people are so miserable with themselves that they lash out for attention. Stay confident and keep cranking out those incredible recipes!
So I made this yesterday and did a few substitutions with the sauce. I used canned mandarins instead of Navels, big red tomatoes from my garden and dried herbs. I used what I had at hand. Still, this sauce is fabulous! Clearly, I prefer my zukes to be somewhat cooked rather than raw. Overall, this recipe was a delicious success. Worth sharing.
Finally made this one - oh my goodness. I took a taste of the sauce before adding to the noodles...I couldn't quit saying..mmmm...mmmmm...mmmmm...then I burst into laughter. Now I know why Kristina has the reactions she does. These are my fullyraw happy noodles - because they make me so happy. And I followed the recipe using the herbs suggested and it was wonderful even though not traditional curry herbs. I added slivers of red bell pepper and carrots for additional crunch and color and sprinkled on a few raw cashews. So yummy - thank you for such a great recipe!!!
I tried this except I had to use powdered sage and raw hemp seed instead of sesame seeds, and I added just a little Himalayan sea salt to taste. WOW is right! The sauce was amazing! This recipe was so delicious I sat down and ate half the bowl right away. Afterwards, I felt full but wonderful! No yucky 'I ate too much junk' feelings for this girl! I'll def be trying more of your recipes. I highly recommend this recipe! Mmmmmmmmm...
This is my FAVORITE recipe of the whole challenge so far. I saw the video back in the beginning of the challenge and I've made it about three times already. SOOOO GOOOD!
I just made this! It was pretty good, but my favourite is the fully raw Pad Thai recipe she has - I made it yesterday at a dinner party and it was a huge success! Thanks Kristina
I still watch this video, years after the first time I saw it 💕 love your channel Kristina, and I would love to meet you one day just to give you a big thankyou for everything 😄😄😅😅
Wow! thank you! I know what I am bringing for Thanksgiving! my sister is a raw veg and so I think she will appreciate this!! You are such an amazing woman!
+Nadia Taweel (Makeupmentality) I made it with coconut milk from a can, so it wasn't technically fully raw and I also added salt and extra spices. The sauce is soooooo good and with a freshly picked zucchini... heaven.
As someone who makes delicious Vegan food daily... Because each dish is its own experience and we can often change it up! And when it's that good each time, it's always a pleasurable re-discovery! :)
This comment makes literally no sense. Where did she say she was "surprised" that it tasted good? She was enthusiastic about the taste because it came out good. Just like some people get enthusiastic or make "mmm" noises every single time they have pizza or burgers from the same restaurants over and over again. How does it feel being a professional troll?
Wow, I have been looking for healthy options/side dishes, I will be trying many of these noodle things out! Thanks! So much fun with new exciting alternatives!
I'm lacto-vegetarian. I'll be celebrating one year come November. When I can afford it I'm going fully raw. With God's help it could be sooner than I think. Hoping/Praying within less than a year.
Kristina....question am I to assume all your dishes are cold? I honestly haven't seen you use a stove to heat anything... Is being fully raw 100% cold meals? And can your dishes be heated? I am not raw but I have tried some of your smoothies and loved them.. Keep up the good work!
I made this before and love, love, love it! I am not a big fan of curry but this was yummy! So far my family and I love all the meals, etc.on this 21 day challenge! :) Thank you!!
FYI turmeric, curry powder, cumin, and other Indian spices have to be cooked in oil to activate their proper flavor, spice, and medicinal properties. Folks in the west are downing turmeric pills of raw turmeric and eating spices raw etc. It's just not how you use it.
I think she uses the spices for the smells and tastes. I am Asian and eat curry. I use these spices raw sometimes and they still taste the same as when cooked.
i'm just a little curious-- i'm not raw vegan but i'm interested in the raw till 4 lifestyle, do raw vegans eat their raw noodles/etc cold/room temperature? or do they heat it up (without cooking) before eating it? thanks! (:
You're making me salivate...lol. I'm a 67 yr old vegetarian from 1980, vegan since 2014, now raw vegan when possible. It's tough getting used to salads and smoothies all day. I'll be glad when I can buy this!
The is one of my favourite recipes- it looks, tastes and feels so good! Thank you for all that you are doing it is is fabulous and it makes me happy just seeing your passion and radiance and happiness !
If you have any appointment that day, do not mix the noodles and the sauce with your bare hands because the tumeric will turn them yellow. Unless you have an appointment with a spice trader...;) Delicious recipe!
Delicious, I love your videos, they are very encouraging for my raw food diet adventure. Blessings to you and keep up the good work. You are helping many people live happier and healthier lives!!!

You could add Celtic Sea Salt, or any natural sea salts for extra flavouring, it contains lots of good minerals too. There's usually tons of sugar in curries though, more so than salt, which is where I guess the oranges come in.
FullyRaw Curry Noodles for Breakfast and Fully Raw Avocado Basil Pesto Pasta for lunch - ahhhhhh more guilt free pleasures :) Thank u Kristina....Much light Julie from Australia
Kristina, I feel like I can never try any of these recipes because I don't have a vitamix. I really want to try these and become healthier, but as a broke college student, I know I can't get one for a really long time :( A normal blender would not be enough.
What is wrong with a normal blender? Also you can get these handheld mixer thingies , it's basically looks like a electric razor, you just hold it like a whisk and move it in ur bowl of Veges and it will blend it.
Don´t put all the ingredients at once. Put the oranges and add a little bit of water, blend. Then, add the tomatos and blend again. Add all the rest. I don´t have a vitamix and my blender is not very powerfull, so I do this and it works pretty well.
I had that issue for awhile. Just like people said, it's combination of not putting everything in all at once (very important), chopping up stuff small and adding a little water as needed, then a normal blender will work just fine!
lemurian chick lol, well I'm not a vegan but I did wanted better health by starting off by being a vegetarian first, before introducing my self to the vegan lifestyle, but low blood runs in my family history, sometimes when I stand up for to long I don't feel good and become weak and dizzy, and my mom has low iron, and I'm curious if I have that to if I did, do you think I could become a vegan?
lemurian chick na im not over weight, and yes I do kinda have this american food diet, but I'm so tired of it and wanted to feel great of my Health, and the benefits from being a vegetarian/vegan.
Just finished eating this as a non-vegen. I liked it, though mine was green because the store didn't have any turmeric and the only sesame seeds were black. My nearly 7mos old thought it was fantastic too (I dulled his down by pureeing 1/2cup sauce with 1/4 of the courgette (zucchini) and 1/4cup or so of coconut milk. He ate every bite. Ty for the tasty recipe!
I just am eating this recipe and I had to comment on how great it is! Delicious and good warmer for winter. Only thing is I didn't use any herb because I simply don't have any but I would if I could! Thank you very much I love dressings! :D
Kristina, this dish has become one of my favourites and I have it almost every week! I like to add some jalapeños in it to get a good hot twist ;) Besitos
so I notice the dressings or sauces are wear alot of the nutrition comes into play. these meals are so perfect especially for summer time meals for the beach. I want to go raw I'm just too fat :(
AnthonyVegan Life Read Tony Robbins, any of his books will work wonders for you in terms of achieving you goals and dreams (if you haven't already; I love Awaken the Giant Within and Unlimited Power). I'm also recovering right now...can't wait to grow!
Kristina, I tried this recipe last night. I definitely did something wrong because it came out too stiff like cake frosting instead of a sauce. I added water, should have juiced another orange and threw it in there instead, but it was still very good. I am going to try this recipe again. I work on a cruise ship as a vendor and I am planning to make this recipe on the ship instead of going up to the buffets to eat!
I made it and sadly I had to throw most of it away. My sauce wasn't nearly this yellow (it was sort of brownish) and it tasted like sweet grass. It was just not edible. Maybe the herbs played a large role in it. Normally I would not throw basil, sage and rosemary in a curry. I would use cilantro or mint ... but that's another story. Sadly, no dish for me.
Despite some of the negative comments, this was actually delicious. I added less oranges and more tomatoes and i also fried some seasoned mushrooms and onions together in organic coconut oil and added it to the mix. Hey its then not 100% raw but 85% is just as good and it tasted great.

How did u season the mushrooms?

3-4 naval oranges

Kristina this was soooo delicious! The consistency of the sauce, was thick, and bursting with flavours! Yet so simple to make!
Made this and it was lovely. I added coconut milk and a few cashew to make it more like a Korma
IThinkItsForYou oh my gosh YES my favourite 😂
Loved this curry dish. I will be making it over and over. Sometimes you just need something with a lot of flavor and spice.
I tried this except I had to use powdered sage and raw hemp seed instead of sesame seeds, and I added just a little Himalayan sea salt to taste. WOW is right! The sauce was amazing! just made this and YUM!!!! I'm not even vegan!
Hi, I was wondering how it turned out. I'm dying to try it out myself
+Nadia Taweel (Makeupmentality) I made it with coconut milk from a can, so it wasn't technically fully raw and I also added salt and extra spices. The sauce is soooooo good and with a freshly picked zucchini... heaven.
oooh I will definitely try it! Thanks :)
Did you make a big batch like she did I would love to try it but it's a lot and if I don't like..What a waste it would be ..thanx
No, I just used one medium zucchini and it was good for two meals.
The whole family were really satisfied with curry noodles, perfect and simply to make it! We have eaten all at once, nothing left.
will it LITERALLY make my taste buds explode?? geez I don't think I want to eat that, I don't want my mouth or tissues exploding!!!!! LITERALLY
I love this comment.
adahir100 😂😂😂😂😂 You're amazing.
I love that you live authentically
I added less orange and more spice and it's 👌🔥🔥 love it!
If you have eaten these dishes before, why do you always get surprised when they're good?

I've tried the zoodles with the mango, etc dressing, and it was MAGNIFICENT! Now I will try this one!!!
Dish looks delish but I wasn't expecting the hands!!
Just bought the spiralizer off your website for this recipe. I don't feel like waiting for it to arrive to make this! So excited!
What's the substitute for salt?i can't imagine curry tasting any good without it
yeast extract is a good one, you can make it at home to be sure its raw
how can I make raw yeast extract at home?

Don´t put all the ingredients at once. Put the oranges and add a little bit of water, blend. Then, add the tomatos and blend again. Add all the rest. I don´t have a vitamix and my blender is not very powerfull, so I do this and it works pretty well.
Chop up everything smaller and blend or blend a little bit at a time
I had that issue for awhile. Just like people said, it's combination of not putting everything in all at once (very important), chopping up stuff small and adding a little water as needed, then a normal blender will work just fine!
Trying to determine if you're being sarcastic.
I love watching your videos they make my mouth water at the sight of that yummy food! Can't wait to try this
Those noodles looks so good, and I love curry 🙌💦 yum!, I wish I could try it.
Thank you! I think you should try it! ;)
lemurian chick lol, well I'm not a vegan but I did wanted better health by starting off by being a vegetarian first, before introducing my self to the vegan lifestyle, but low blood runs in my family history, sometimes when I stand up for to long I don't feel good and become weak and dizzy, and my mom has low iron, and I'm curious if I have that to if I did, do you think I could become a vegan?
lemurian chick Everyones body works differently. :D
lemurian chick na im not over weight, and yes I do kinda have this american food diet, but I'm so tired of it and wanted to feel great of my Health, and the benefits from being a vegetarian/vegan.
Lol yes I need to quit that, I used to buy frappes and lattes from Starbucks all the time.
I can't wait to try your Fully Raw Curry Noodles. We love curry dishes. I'm going to the store now to get more zucc and basil for tonight's supper.
I'm thinking of trying it out, how was it?
Thanks x
Not raw not vegan not vegetarian but I want to give this a try.
I recommend doing mukbang or asmr, please? I really like those and it would be great if you did it.
did she end up doing mukbang or asmr? i need to know
I just am eating this recipe and I had to comment on how great it is! Delicious and good warmer for winter. Only thing is I didn't use any herb because I simply don't have any but I would if I could! Thank you very much I love dressings! :D
Kristina, this dish has become one of my favourites and I have it almost every week! I like to add some jalapeños in it to get a good hot twist ;)

Great, Thanks Kristina ! Blessings to you this Summer Solstice
Wow never thought to combine those flavors… orange and tomatoes sounds incredible! I’ll be trying this.
use a pasta spatula instead of your hands people!!
It's not hurting anything. :) I'm 100% certain she had clean hands beforehand, and will (and did) wash her hands again.
More videos like this please! Can't wait to try this!!
When she put the whole lot in at 5:17 I was like ''daauyymmm''
Can't wait to make these! They look absolutely amazing
Sadly, no dish for me.
lupina015 ..i didn't gave the three herbs but did have cilantro..it was still too Orangy 4 me.
Then you should of done it exactly how she did it
I love curry and noodles...can't wait to try this. Not sure I can find all ingredients in my tiny mountain town but I'll try. Thanks for sharing!!!
Can you show a fully raw chow mein?
***** True
I guess she would grate carrots into 'noodles' then blend cashews and lemon juice to pour over it...
