That clear part is what my calamari was full of, the last time I ordered it from my typical Greek restaurant.

@@kukol Thanks for the comment... but since the channel is in honour of my mom's Greek kitchen... I present the recipes the way she prepared them... plus, I don't think I could bring myself to eat an uncleaned squid....hahahahaha... I am not a seafood fan at the best of times, let alone insides of sea critters.... I do, however, eat the tails on deep fried prawns...hahahaha...
