    I recently applied for a dream job and was invited to do a Matrigma test (by Assessio). I've always felt nervous & anxious doing these types of tests (because of low self esteem). So I tried to solve your examples and watched this video before doing the test - and guess what? My results were "Above average"! I couldn't believe it! I was so happy. I've always feared doing these types of evaluation tests.. so you are absolutely right about practicing.

    Q13 is A:
    -my reasoning for this is because there appears to be some sort of similar pairing per SIDE (like the arrows) in Set B. Plus, these side pairings inversely mirrors to their counterpart. This does not apply to the test shape because the pairing is not in the side, they are at the top and the bottom. Plus, if we are to look at the test shape by its sides (in a pair), the 2 side pairs would accurately mirror each other (they would not be inversely mirrored to each other).
    -in Set A, the square seem to be paired from top to bottom. They also seem flipped if we look at the squares with the square that they are similarly designed to (the light blue-streaked square seems to be the flipped [from top to bottom] version of the square below OF the same design [light blue streaks[)
    Does that make any sense?

    Q: 02 -> *B* (Ball color changes alternatively and both arrow and ball move 45 degree)
    Q: 04 -> *C* (Separator changes alternatively and shape inside texture started repeating and as 4th=1st therefore, 5th=2nd)
    Q: 06 -> *B* (because Arrow color and shapes color should be different in all columns)
    Q: 07 -> *C* (both ball and shape move to next corner on RHS)
    Q: 09 -> *A* (In top row, lines are 5,4,3. In mid row, the arrows are 6,5,4 so in the below row the count be will 7,6,5)
    Q: 11 -> *C* (The inner shape should be unfilled as per sequence and inner picture has 1 side more from previous shape)

    By your reasoning question 10 could also be B.
    You have shade progressively gaining in sequence and columnar from left to right, top to bottom.
    You have the same unshaded in a backward sequence and column.
    The shaded sequence works and the unshaded doesn't on the final answer B, but everything else matches.
    You can say the same for A if you flip the primary focus.
    A & B are both correct.
    A is not the only answer, it's the best answer if you change the direction of sequence in the second row.

    • @TheMrtastee
      @TheMrtastee 4 года назад

      Remember that this is mainly a set of rules that you need to find out and then apply to all of the options. ALL of the rules should be TRUE to consider that option as a correct answer. Sadly, the "unshaded" pattern rule doesn't apply to B.

    • @kieran939
      @kieran939 7 месяцев назад

      @@TheMrtasteeyes it does? A and B both have the same amount of shaded and unshaded and the same amount of circles. The only difference is which circled had been taken away and the answer given(A) did not comply with the current sequence anyway going right to left.

    2.) D. The circle does a clockwise rotation, following the pattern of the color (blue, green, blue, green), the arrow also shows clockwise movement, therefore answer is D.
    4.) C. I show the focus on the triangle and its pattern by the textile in it (stripes, bold, cubic, stripes, bold, cubic) and the triangle also shows clockwise movement, it must be in the textile of bold and in the upper right of the box. Therefore, the answer is C.
    6.) B. Each row has a arrow color (blue, green, red). The missing color is blue, perhaps the answer is B.
    8.) A. The triangle moves clockwise, as well as the circle. Doing the process until the 9th box will be letter A.
    9. ) A. The number of lines in each row decreases. The first row has the pattern of 5, 4, 3, second is 6, 5, 4, and the last must be 7, 6, 5. What we are finding is the 2nd box of the 3rd row, which has the pattern of 7,6,5 which is the 2nd box must be 6 lines, therefore letter A. has the only majority of 6 lines, therefore A.
    11.) C. The shapes follow the number of sides (3, 4, 5, 6), following the pattern of white, black, white, black. The next must be in 7 sides in white color. The answer is C.

    2. B. Because the arrow is moving clockwise and the pattern of alternation of colors which is blue and green is observe. Thus, the next color would be blue
    4. C. We can observe the alternation of the line on each box and the patterns along the shapes. The shapes are rotating in clockwise manner. Thus we can conclude that the answer is C.
    6. B? Because of the alternation of colors for each boxes
    7. C. The position of each element is diagonally thus the next pattern must have the same thing. Second, the circle is moving in a clockwise manner.
    9. A. Each box from left to right is subtracting 1 from the number of lines.
    11. C. 1. There is an alternating color which is black and white. 2. The number of each geometric shapes is increasing wherein the last shape is hexagon. Thus the next shape must be a white heptagon.
    13. A. In set A, the images on the top are a mirror -like reflection of the images on the bottom. While in Set B, the images on the left side are a mirror like of the images on the right side.
