#AskJonathan How do you talk to a gatekeeper when they get in touch - more specifically, when they don't/can't answer your 'why' questions, and are tasked only to find a price; I find usually they can come across quite dismissive and rushed as even though they know you are the expert, they still are only looking for the dollar amount. Maybe they won't be a good client to begin with, but based on the few answers they can give you feel like you could help them if only you could access the decision maker. Do you deal with this often yourself and how would you go about tackling it? Thanks!
