    Hey, Jonathan. It's interesting that you came to consulting from reading Alan Weiss, and his point on niching is quite opposite from yours. What do you think about his critique of niching down, and suggestion to go wide?

    It does feel difficult to narrow in on something. Each time I learn something new, I want to focus on that, but then my existing portfolio makes no sense. How do you balance constant learning with specialization?

      Lindy Design Lab in tech lots of things build on top of each other. It’s cumulative. Choosing a vertical won’t lock you in. It’s your discriminator.
