- I would like to give you a review of my Boondockers Welcome experience in my Flagstaff E-Pro 15TB and show you around Venice, Florida and the beaches in the area. I had to go there for work so I found a spot for a 3 day stay with power and water. I drove to Venice for a nursing job. Mixing work with adventure is the best mix ever!
We have to try and keep life balanced, ya know!
The Harvest Host/Boondockers Welcome site opens up a world of new camping opportunities and allows people all over the place to offer up their property to stay. Escape the crowded and noisy campground in favor of a private spot on a beautiful property and a meaningful connection with a friendly host. Some offer hookups and some don’t. And each place has a maximum stay typically 1-2 nights but I found a few in the area I was looking in that allowed up to 3 nights.

Just bought a new tow vehicle for my 2023 Flagstaff e Pro 15TB. My jeep sahara strains pulling it long distances so bought a vehicle to pull it with ease. I’ve seen all the beautiful places you’ve gone camping in Florida and would like to visit some. Now that I have a bigger tow vehicle, I shouldn’t have any problems traveling to Florida camping at many of their beautiful camp sites. I enjoy watching your videos and excited to see your next adventure.☀️🏕️🏖️

Nice camp site. Interesting, I thought boondockers welcome and harvest hosts were only one night stay arrangements.
Most of them are, but there are hosts here and there offering up to 5 day stay at some places. It’s just a matter of researching the area ☀️

Although we live nearer to the Atlantic beaches, Siesta Key is one of my favorite beaches in FL. Clearwater Beach, to the north, and its surroundings are WAY too crowded, particularly in the summer.

I need to check out Harvest Host. During our summer road trip this year from central FL to Maine, and back, we will be looking for more areas to boondock and compared to the west, there is not a lot of BLM land this side of the Mississippi. Safe travels!

I can give you my experience with a hip camp which was expensive but OK on a private property in Englewood FL. You had a nice spot there. Looks like you had a good time on the beach. How's the house selling?
