    I love this video! However, I think the choice of hair installment (i.e. human or syntheric)depends on the person's long term goals for their hair. I personally chose stynthetic for two reasons: 1. Hair carries energy, especially locked hair and you need to be mindful of putting someone else's hair in yours not knowing anything about the person. 2. I didn't intend to leave it in plus 2 years. So why spend loads of money on human hair to have it thrown away thereafter?I really didn't mind how it looked once my hair grew out because my main goal was to retain length on my natural hair.

      Reef Ghost I’m paying close to 700 but a bulk of what I’m paying is for the extensions themselves because the girl makes them herself and uses some type of human hair that’s more expensive. For install only I’ve seen between 200-300

    Love your vids😆❤️🙌🏽
    I was wondering tho, when u got the loc extensions did they feel kind of scratchy on your skin if u had them out and down. I got mine literally a couple days ago and it has a slightly rough texture on my skin. Does anyone have/had this problem? If so how do u soften them up?

    • @ShaneseDanae
      @ShaneseDanae  4 года назад +1

      Hey! Sorry for the delay. It felt dry for sure but not crunchy. The touch texture will go away a little but you will still be able to feel the difference between your natural loc and the extension

      Honestly, it depends on the stylist because they all vary in price. Also, if you buy your hair and then get it installed I’m sure that would be cheaper as well. If it’s past your ear I’m sure you can still get loc extensions

    • @ShaneseDanae
      @ShaneseDanae  4 года назад +7

      No it would shed like crazy, and you would have to cut them off prob within the first 6 months. It’s also not healthy. But again that’s just my opinion

      @@ShaneseDanae in Trinidad and Tobago we tend to use synthetic locs more as its cheaper ( I did it because I'm not interested in dying). But sis the Itchyness , the shine, this made it even more noticeable if I can only include a picture :(even styling to get a proper twist out it has to be dipped in hot water ( which will melt the hair over a period of time ) after a month I uninstall and did human 100% happier now .
