I just bought an iPhone X and I'm happy with it but I wish I bought the Xs instead. The camera difference is real, the over-exposed highlights is really noticeable on the X and it was completely fixed on the Xs with Smart HDR, it takes better photos at night than the X and the Xs introduced a much faster auto focus because some X devices had problems with focus in videos (I think it has a completely upgraded camera system). The Xs supports the new camera interface that was introduced with the iPhone 11, plus the Live Text feature which is really useful. And 1GB ram and 8-core neural engine will make it more future proof than the X. And with the X i notice a drop in performance when i turn on Low Power Mode. So, i encourage everyone who is in the market for the X to go for the Xs instead. it's really worth it.

I had an iPhone X but it’s Wi-Fi and Bluetooth stopped functioning after 4yrs. So exchanged for another one. That X was seriously a groundbreaking change after many years. So I wish to keep that design and ordered for a refurbished Xs 😃 Your content quality is just stellar brother ❤
I mean when the battery has aged passed 80% yes but with my Xs I’m averaging over 5-7 hours screen on time with moderate usage so it just depends on the person ig
One thing u missed…. The camera module on the back is slightly larger on the Xs than the X… so actually not all iphone X cases may fit on the Xs depending on the camera cutout
Never knew this, very interesting info. Something I’ll have to note in the future as I plan on collecting old apple products, and have kept just about all of my own except my 5c which the screen disconnected from the inside and it ended up being recycled. I have a Xr but not the other X models
@@Meglotruck i still have two of my old iPhones out three. My 5s i lost after I upgraded. But my old 6 & 5se are back in their boxes. The 6 is literally busted open 😂 and the 5se broke from water damage so its still perfectly intact body wise. I have an 8 now and will upgrade to 13 mini.

I currently use the iPhone X. I actually purchased this phone in 07/2018. I wish my prior phone (iPhone 5s) lasted a little bit longer for me to wait and buy the iPhone XS upon release but it completely died on me and was in very poor condition after 4-5 years of use and I needed a replacement fast. My iPhone X is reaching that age however the built quality is amazing and compared to the iPhone 5s it was able to maintain its physical condition. Moving forward I prefer stainless steel over aluminum because I have sweaty palms so previous models would rust and damage over time but I do not have this problem with my X!

This video contains some wrong information. 1 There are more external differences between the two phones. iPhone Xs has one extra antenna band near the camera. 2 The iPhone Xs has slightly bigger camera lens, so cases made specifically for iPhone X will not fit the iPhone Xs. Practically, most cases on sale these fit both phones. But still, you can make someone buy a wrong case. 3 The camera hardware are rather different between the two phones. The iPhone Xs has a much larger 1/2.55” main camera with a wider angle of 26 mm. The iPhone X only has 1/3” 28 mm main camera. That’s why the iPhone Xs does much better in camera test.
I love my XS. Just switched from the XR. OLED is amazing. Also, I've noticed that the camera processing of the XS is much more natural (at least for me) than the newer iPhones. I wish it has night mode though.

Not to be rude mate but this is probably one of the worst decisions you could probably have taken in life. Like why would you even go out there and buy a phone which is almost identical i.e, comes with the same chip resulting in same performance and similar image processing. Only additional hardware is the extra lense. Just for the improvement in display quality you wasted your bucks on a phone which is like 4 years old.
I’m still using the iPhone XS Max since 2019 and the biggest issue I have is that it can be annoying to use on a sunny day outside. The screen doesn’t get bright enough and the sun overheats the phone causing it to dim the screen and making it even harder to see. Although this is only an issue on those really hot sunny hot days, but overall usual outside is fine.
I think I'm gonna buy the XS. Currently using an S7 Edge so yeah, huge upgrade. Thought about buying an 11 Pro too because of the camera but it'd cost almost twice as much.
3 months ago i bought myself a reused Xs with new battery, new display and new front glass for only 350€. Before that i had all the Galaxy Notes till Note 10 and let me say.. This is the best phone for the money. Wanted to go for the 11 Pro, but this was a great choice.

@@anuregio527 actually i got the s20fe5g first before i got the xs. I had the s20fe 5g like for one month, its a really great phone i had the snapdragon version. Its fast with the 120hz and battery last all day but i notice screen flickering idk if its because of the refresh rate and i kinda got tired of always personalizing my android but the xs to me i havent noticed any lag even though its a second hand phone and older chipset. Its still as fast and smooth. And you cant compare the smoothness of an iphone to android when it comes to optimized apps. But if you’re a heavy user id go for the s20fe. Also the reason i switch to the xs because of the updates that will last for years and it would be easier to trade in from iphone to iphone than android phones.

Recently upgraded my 128gb iPhone 7 to an iPhone Xs 256gb and it’s prolly one of the best decisions I made. The iPhone X is significantly cheaper yes but I wanted the latest features and capabilities that only A12 Bionic can do. Get the Xs and you wont even think of upgrading till like its not supported by the new software anymore which is a few more years away

Saying "big difference" especially on the title of the video is a stretch. Big difference would mean at least a little bit of practical differences physically, and an accumulation of a lot of other differences that would be significant to a day-to-day use. Most of apple's users don't even care about having an a11 or a12 bionic chip with an extra gb of ram, let alone call that a "big difference" that they'll notice or utilize. As a photographer/videographer, I don't care about a phone having slightly better hdr than another, and it looks like the shots with the X on the video didn't even have hdr on, except for the one at 6:39 where the iphone X had even better highlight retention than the XS. Most people don't use portrait mode, and when they do they don't use the adjustable depth of field feature, or misuse and abuse the aperture to make it look unrealistic. I still use an iphone X currently and my dad uses an iphone 11 pro, and in no way would i call the XS's camera any big difference. Maybe a mini update sure. The only notable difference for me is the ios 15 features such as live text, but in no way will that make me consider upgrading to a different phone. Regardless, this video is very well made but please do not exaggerate and lead people into believing minuscule things are huge. This is a small but considerable upgrade at most.
A12 is 7nm compared to A11 10nm.... Battery difference is negligible. I think you tested them in different conditions. I have experienced that XS Battery is efficient than X. I also think its better to buy XS instead of 11. 12 is much better than XS obviously but 11 is pretty much the same as XS. (Excluding the aesthetics).
I literally did a big upgrade from Android to IPhone XS Max, have noticed a huge difference in the battery, like seriously, android’s battery is very much underrated damn, but A12 bionic sounds so tempting I guess🤭
the xs’ 2658 mAh and the x’s 2718 is only 5-7% different and try to watch battery test between these two phones and see that mAh doesn’t matter and if you want an optimized battery try updating to ios 15 beta 5

Those are not speaker holes. The left holes are for the microphone, and you can tell the X and Xs apart from the antenna bands.

the xs’ 2658 mAh and the x’s 2718 is only 5-7% different and try to watch battery test between these two phones and see that mAh doesn’t matter and if you want an optimized battery try updating to ios 15 beta 5
