Billy was the heartbeat of Don Revie's fabulous team. Scoring goals was only a small part of his game. Only saw him play in the Leeds jersey a handful of times but seen him wear the Scotland jersey many, many times with so much pride and fire in his belly. RIP wee man, thanks for the memories.
I am 60 now and I support Birmingham City. I have seen a lot of players in that time in the English League. Let's say I pick a team made up from any player in my lifetime. In terms of what Billy brought as a player, never alone his strike power, in my eyes he is the first name I would pick. I am not saying he was a better skill player than say Best. However, that would be missing the point. I would be picking a truly great player whose contribution would be greater than Best, and I would, of course, have my captain to boot. What a player he was.
@John Jensen Kevin was a very good player. This fella was in another league and I think all seasoned professionals would agree. He scored in seven major semi finals, footballer of the year and captained his country in the world cup. He was truly world class - and the reverse pass he mastered has never been better by anybody since.
King 👑 of King's Captain of All Captains Billy Bremner 4 truly amazing footballer a legend R.I.P Billy Bremner 4 sadly missed Never forgotten all Leeds aren't we marching on together Keep fighting 🦚🇮🇨🤍💛💙

That overhead kick Billy done was against man United in I think January or febuary 1969 I still remember that goal and that game we won 2-1 and went on to win the title.i was at that game I was 16.super leeds no one could touch us at that time.
What a towering man! 5'5", who could score some excellent goals. They talk great things of roy Keane, but he's not fit to even polish the 'Wee Man's ' boots. Leeds Legend, as are so many others from the '70s
My prefer player ...my idol forever💛since 1971... forever Leeds Forever King Billy..🏴.you are a greatest player in the world for me...Thierry Ruckstuhl Jeunes Dijon Foot 21 France 🇫🇷
He didnae hang aboot wee Bully. They are almost all first time leatherings in the left corner. There was nothing of him either, about 9 stone soaking wet.

The greatest club captain ever..his beloved Leeds united to his country Scotland. King Billy.
Billy had a knack of scoring in the big games, on the big occasions, not ordinary goals
Leeds are always legends in our hearts
Anyone else notice how wonderfully two-footed Billy Bremner was?

Keane was a far better player and was tougher and not dirty

Genius player but the doleful melody distracts from the otherwise excellent montage
