- Here is my official comparison between two of Hyper X's higher end wireless headphones. Who came out on top?
unfortunately the hdr seems to have messed up a bit in post processing on a few of the video clip. apologies for the horrible black crush issues and large amount of contrast.

Great video I didn't think the music was too loud. Only after seeing this comment did I notice but it's only 1 or 2 dB nothing to apologize for.

Great job, but could you help me out on what to choose between the regular cloud flight without the 's' and cloud 2 wireless pls~
The regular cloud flights are still very good. Almost the same sound quality as the flight s. They're still great headphones. The cloud 2 wireless has a better mic though and are built better. Either headphone is a great option
As someone whose tried both headsets out, you can definitely hear footsteps clearer with the flight s'.

@@SpencersStuffTV take the criticism for what it is; the music is way too loud at some points even muffling. The words you speak. If not ditch it, then overall lowering it by 40% would probably work best. Other than that good review.
@@ReisseT unfortunately I don't have mastering headphones. The music is set to -30 DB in the software. My microphone unfortunately isn't very powerful. Had to turn it up to +6 just for people to hear it. The audio is all off in general. Hopefully when I get the next xperia with a headphone jack, that'll help out. Usb-c audio conversion is junk. On just base audio though the music isn't too loud. I noticed if people have Atmos enabled on their phone, the music boosts for some reason. Anyway thanks for the watch. Will set it to -35 or 40 next time. This mic is just hooked to my shirt so any time I move my head the audio can fluctuate. Lots of variables I have to try getting situated

Personally I liked the cloud flight more sound wise. I'm using the Audeze Penrose. They're the best sounding gaming headset on the market.
@@SpencersStuffTV Did you use a bass amplifier for the flight s or did you use them as they come from the factory?

@@el_flaxen6003 no you do not hook an amplifier to these. They have one built in. That'll fry the circuitry.
And for 7.1 neither of them are good and I wouldn't recommend turning it on anyway. Keep the headphones on stereo and let the game do all the audio processing

At this rate, I would get the cloud II since they're still making it. The cloud flight s has been discontinued from my understanding.

Does the Hyperx cloud 2 wireless sound the same as the wired hyperx cloud 2?
I didn't own the wired hyper x cloud 2 wired. From other reviews I've heard they're very close sounding

i have flight s too and i cant use 7.1 coz it seems that it has too much trebel that i hate..
I agree. The treble is awful and in general it just doesn't work. I think stereo mode is just fine though
@@SpencersStuffTV absolutely, everyone should imediately pop that button off from the headset not even testing it to avoid accidental turn ons :d btw i sometimes have issue when volume wheel robbs my shoulder and volume gets higher, its not a big probleme untill the windows poping up dedicated window - that shows whats playing and its kinda distracting
@@lashazaridze813 I usually use this on ps5 so I didn't realize there was a window that popped up on pc. Interesting that that is a problem 😔

I porbe the cloud flight s and left me a bad taste of mouth are heard too little being 100% the steps of the enemies in fortnite are an and you did not know where they came from :(
You have to remember that the games audio mix also matters. Fortnite does not have a very good audio mix. That's not the headphones fault. Warzone is a prime example of another horrible audio experience.
@michigan1777 so to be heard loud, should I have dropped the chat mix to 0%? And raise the game to 100 even though mo is talking to anyone?? Why solitary play that's the problem with the audion being extremely low and having it 100% open would you lower the chat mixer to 0?
@@armandolopez8974 you could try that. I don't have the issue of the audio being too low so I'm not entirely sure
