The good thing is that we have a ton of ammo to choose from in 22cal 😉 the downside is that you need to test a bunch to find that one that works just a little better then the other one 🤣
@@AirbuksHello good day, I have not seen a channel that explains it beautifully and accurately like you, good luck. I want to buy a .177 cal panthera during the week for hunting and shooting accuracy 600 mm. But most people say that 20gr slug is not good accuracy 55-100 yards. Do you think it is true? I want 1.5 cm accuracy at 55 yards, 2.5 cm accuracy at 100 yards
Very nice video sir, i personally think the panthera is a awsome platform. I have gotten grate results with different grain slugs but all need to be over 1000fps to properly stabilize it self. Keep the video's coming 👍
Hello, Can you shoot with the scuba tank link to the Panthera bottle ? I got a Maverick and i always shoot with my big bottle next to it. No more refill and i don t wast air with the link purge.
How did the Sigma M4 in terms of sound dampening please? For example, compared to your Huma? Although that's probably not a fair comparison due to latter's 5 chambers.
I didn’t have much time to compare it to other mods , but I did like the lower fuller sound pitch it makes where I know the Huma has a higher pitch . But in terms of performance the do a equal job in noise reduction
The display is designed to go right on the stock just below the objective lens see the Notches cut out on both sides, On on the Pantera stock? that’s where you put it Just have to take off the bracket
hi you make great content, i always look forward to your videos, i just got a Panthera 700mm cal.22, but where i live there aren't many slugs to choose from, my options right now are, JSB KnocKout 25.39gr in cal.218 or ZAN 40 gr in cal.218 and 217. do you have a good tuning you can recommend for these slugs, looking forward to hearing from you.
I absolutely can NOT get any .177 H&N slug to fly right out of any of my guns, and my FX have both barrels, it is pretty much garbage for me. And i dont like that but i am out of things to try.
@@Airbuks Cool it is what we Danes are locked to if we do not have a hunting licence. FAC at least. It is still cool though, i generally shoot 82 - 86 M and have little problems keeping my shots on 2" splatter targets. But just 13 gr Zan, i have tried 16 - 20 gr in all the brands i can find but they just will not work good for me, and i spent at least 2 tins of each weight - brand / model trying to dial my Maverick in ( both std barrel and heavy liner ) I saw one of the south African guys shoot H&N just fine, but i think ts a .22 rifle with .177 barrel and probe, the hammer weight might be a .22 one. I tried to copy his settings ( 150 BAR regulator pressure ) Mind you i have also tried heaver hammer weights, the stock one in my Maverick will not push 13 gr faster than 1000 FPS., so heavier stuff tend to fly slower than the best speed. I have generally tried from 830 FPS and up to +1000 FPS speeds. 20 gr slugs at +1000 FPS, that is some serious .177 smacking power. 🙂
You guys are correct 4cm isn’t acceptable I do agree and I believe you could see this on my face ! But did you watch and listen the whole video ? Explaining certain stuff that might explain why that group is that size ? That at this particular tune the H&N shoots 10 shots in 10mm ! Simply showing what different ammo and headsizes can do on target with the same tune and that new owners don’t have to get frustrated but do need to get to learn there gun . If you simply want to see those RUclips channels that only show that one group that is exceptional in a whole day and not real life like everyone experiences, then this channel isn’t for you 🤷♂️
@@Airbuks first thank you for your effort in this airgun industry , yes I saw that at 1000 fps your group was better but I’m just disappointed that the Panthera isn’t really better than the impact at the end of the day. @@hilavich in my opinion the impact will still be king 👑 but there is something about the Panthera that I really like . I just got this gun and after shooting its grouping very well but the fps is all over the place the highest yet was almost 50 fps difference from shot to shot, any idea a number I can call to get it sorted in the USA?? they advertised this gun as only having a few fps difference but I surely am not seeing it. I only have problems with the Panthera 600 .30. Poor accuracy, defective O-rings, strong fluctuations in fps with the first shot, regulator pressure rises and falls. I'm tired of this rifle. I'm buying a Weihrauch Hw 110, which at least works properly.
Have you checked the valve ? If you have one of the first generation Panthers you might have the thinner valve pin that was upgraded later on to a more beefy one . If this is slightly bend you get FPS fluctuating and suffers in accuracy. The pressure fluctuations might be caused by thick grease used on the regulator
