If you are serious about hunting or distance target competition. If you consider your time valuable . If you want to impress your friends with your gizmos . this chronograph is definitely for you ! With this much capability the price doesn’t seem so bad . The questions I have is how accurate , how durable , how big a warranty and can it be serviced I.e. battery and calibration ?
This is the first honest and true comment 👊 and indeed the warranty / battery service is something I haven’t thought off . Software is easy to upgrade as new features come so that won’t be a issue. Proving how accurate it is is something else , what to take as a benchmark 🤔
Great review!! Thanks. I wasn’t gonna get one bc of the price 999 and internal battery but I think I gotta have it. I’m just curious how a larger 30 cal such as 300 Winchester magnum with a muzzle brakes will affect it. I’ve been wanting the lab radar but the muzzle brakes seem to be a headache.
Great video this may be a silly question but how does it calibre of what you're shooting ie a light 224 bullet could be a 20 cal and a heavy one could be 243.
I have tis crazy issue with my FX chronograph, it opens then it won't turn off or connect to mobile so i have to remove the battery to shut it, then sometime later it works just fine then again sometime later it happens again, same issue happened with a lot of batteries all new packs, did that ever happen to you or you heard of?
I assume your talking about the pocket chronograph. No I haven’t had any issues like that but it sounds like a bad electrical connection somewhere. Do you use lithium batteries? I would advise that aswel
It’s about 800€ depending where you buy it , for some it’s with the money and for some not . It’s a bit like do you buy a 2K or 500$ airguns , both shoot but one has some extra stuff
@@Airbuks I'm curious to know how well it works at a shooting range where there are other shooters to the left and right of you. How does it cope with this?
900 quid lol guess the fan boys will all have one to shove down our throats I will stick to my old fx all I need one for is to set my speeds 900 uk pounds for the new one
Labradar does so much more for 300$ less. As usual FX has a great marketing team for a poorly made item. When you have nothing else to improve make accessories and copy others stuff but mark it way up on price .
Many thanks to you for hard work and spent time to make videos regarding shooting and we learned from you a lot 🙏🙏

On the stats screen, which BC would you recommend using? BC G1 or AVG BC?
Great Job on the review. I'll be saving this one to look at again when i get mine in. Just ordered mine. THANKS!!
😃
Thx
It is overpriced by 25% - 30%. But the convenience, ease of setup, operating parameters, and data provided certainly make it something to desire.
Was waiting for this review, but it'd have been interesting to compare the results with the compact (old) model
I will revisit the chronograph after RMAC and will compare it to the small one ☝️👍
very good review. Thanks. And good luck at RMAC.
Thx 👊

a sturdy wall next to the gun ,? or remove the muzzle brake
I don’t think it will be a problem and specially not if you would connect it on a tripod

It just needs the projectile weight for the calculation and in the iPhone app you need to fill the additional info to calculate the other stuff
Can you do a video with powder burners, please. Super cool features and justified price if it does the same for both fire and air. Cheers
I do t own any powder burners
Amazing device, but nowhere near +- €600 better than pocket chrono. Great review 👏🏻
Nice information
Thx
Interesting video thank 👍🇫🇷
Thx
Do you think this can be an all-around chronograph by that I mean, would it work for archery specifically compound bow?
The minimum velocity needed is 400fps so I am not sure how fast the arrows fly

@Airbuks I used many batteries same behavior,
Sent it to a friend of mine with same batteries and it worked fine with him
It's driving me crazy

Can we export csv files to computer. How memory are stored? Sd card ?
You can do it when your phone is connected to the chronograph by the app
@@Airbuks thank you
can be this used for centerfire rifles also?
Yes offcours, it can measure up to 4000 fps
My understanding is that this will cost around $1k. If so, too expensive.
Exactly 😂

how do you get scope hight at FX?

I know the Swedes are hit by very high taxes but I think their stuff is over priced in general, good, but overpriced.
I also think that in this particular item the price of electronic components these days are very expensive aswel
